Tolle Lage. Essen top. Zimmer geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Zimmer und gesamte Hotelanlage sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Personal meist unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Mitarbeiter im Fitness-Bereich völlig desinteressiert an Gästen. Getränkepreise beim Abendessen ziemlich hoch.

Location was great, facilities were great, brand new, spotless clean.

Staff weren’t always friendly, we received no info at checkin not about meals or hours or beach use etc. There was no hotel map. Food was probably the worst buffet I’ve ever had, very disorganized arrangement, not enough food stations, long lines, poor quality ingredients and products.

Location is excellent. Hotel is very clean, big and has a very good gym and great spa facilities. Pool area is decent with plenty of Sun loungers. Sea view room with balcony looking out to Zlatni Rat and Hvar was nice. Hotel beach area is nice, with a good beach cafe/ bar. Bolero cocktail bar down towards the beach is excellent.

Complete lack of any kind of atmosphere. Feels like you’re staying at a business conference. Buffet very much has a canteen feel. Hard work getting drinks at dinner at times. Not very relaxing, with food being cleared away as it’s approaching 9pm. Felt very get-them-in-get-them-out. Bar has the least atmosphere I’ve ever seen in a hotel bar - essentially a hallway with some tables. No music by the pool (or at breakfast/ dinner which might actually help the ambience) and no real effort of any kind in terms of entertainment. Pool area is nice, but pool is salt water, which we didn’t see in the description. All in all this could be a really good hotel, if they made more effort to create an ambience and make it feel more like a holiday setting and less like a functional building to eat and sleep.
