The spacious rooms & the clean swimming pool. The staff are nothing short of perfect, specially Helmi. He is just a treat to connect with, very pleasant and personable.

Comfy beds and big rooms. Swimming pool was lovely and the gym was a nice addition. Staff were very attentive and it was good value for money.
The food in the restaurant wasn’t great and the location was a bit odd. Not much to do in the immediate area and all felt a bit run down.

It was spacious, clean and tidy! we would have extended if we could! its a good base location. motorbike rentals and 7/11 just next door.

Old hotel with newly refurbished rooms located in the centre of Kuah Town. The rooms are exactly as seen in the picture.
Very helpful staff especially concierge that will help with your shopping bags every time u come back from shopping etc.
There are a lot of food options nearby.
Nice view if you take a room with a seaview.
The path to go to the swimming pool is very inconvenient. You have to take the stairs down and climb the stairs again to reach there.

From the moment we walked in the door , we were treated with warm friend smiles , everything was smooth and everyone so helpful . It was a wonderful place to stay with our family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice family hotel .
The breakfast could have had more western options , some bacon would have been amazing ! . Also lunch service not once but twice was so slow we waited 45 mins for meals each time .

I loved the size of the room, the facilities like the pool, gym and spa. I enjoyed the pool, massage services and the gym. The location is very convenient too and the staff is helpful. I love the large size of the family suite. :)
