The property is located in the heart of the town, making it easy to get around and explore different places. The convenience of the location is one of the few positives about this hotel.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by a bad smell, and the mattress appeared dirty and uninviting. We couldn't even spend the night there due to the state of the room. Despite paying 100lv for one night, it felt extremely overpriced given the poor condition of the facilities. The hotel may look appealing from the outside, but inside, it seems like no one bothers to maintain it properly. To add to the disappointment, the person at the reception desk was neither polite nor welcoming, which only added to the negative experience.

Too cheap! They should be charging way more. Brand new mattresses with fresh sheets! I've never seen such a luxurious bathroom before, it's like brand new.

Too clean! They need more dust, stains, hairs, bed bugs etc. The staff are also too friendly and too helpful, ask them for a receipt and they will jump with joy!

Daytime food was good - our waitress Alex was exceptional. Our room was large & comfortable and the staff were friendly & helpful.

No furniture on the good sized balcony. We ordered breakfast for 8a.m. but the cook didn't arrive until 8.20a.m. The breakfast wasn't really worth waiting for - disappointing.

Old property that badly needs renovation or as a minimum replacement of the cracked shower heads, the missing doors of the shower cabins and the non functioning exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Staff refused to serve breakfast in the outdoor seating area, opting instead to keep guests in the stuffy, non air conditioned part of the bar.
