the location is fantastic and just a short walk to shops and restaurants not to mention the slopes!
the sauna was a real plus.
the only thing I’d say that was a negative was that on our last day we discovered a Kota and hadn’t been made aware we could use it which would have been nice.

Ideal location. Short walk to town. Lovely rooms. Reindeer outside our window! Stairgates top and bottom of duplex rooms.

A great location, sauna in the room is a huge plus and the breakfast buffet was amazing. There are reindeer to feed, and there's a spot at a 5 minute walk where you can easily see the northern lights.
Our room didn't get any cleaning during our 4-night stay, I'm not sure why since we were gone for a few hours every day at different times doing activities. Luckily we are very tidy people :)

The 24\7 reception is very good. :) The breakfast was plenty and the room was very spacious. We had a sauna in the bathroom, I tried it. It needs time to heat up, but after that it is really nice. Also the lobby area is comfortable so you can wait for your flight there. The whole hotel is very clean!
It is an older hotel, so do not expect fancy solutions and design. The sauna was a little cramped, you need to climb to the good spot. :) Also the bed is a little hard, but for 1 night we managed it.

It's location was outstanding, they also had raindeer.
The food was bad, lack of quality was the biggest. Certainly do not go for anything other than breakfast.
Also, to many children running around touching everything at breakfast....this became frustrating.

From the photos on booking, we were expecting standard accommodation, but the reality was really above our expectations (usually it is the opposite:). The room was very spacious, with own sauna, beautiful balcony with very nice view on the ski slope!! Hotel is situated near the centre of Levi, near the tourist information office and the ski areal. Breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we could, we would stay longer.
