The hotel is quite big and provides breakfast, you can sit either in the lobby or at the tables on the quietback street. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, as there is no elevator they helped to bring my bag to the 4th floor. The bed was huge and comfortable, air conditioning makes you feel nice and sleep well. There was a terrace. The location is very close to the seaside and port so you can have a lovely walk in the evening. There is also a bar street with variety of cafes even with live music. However it might feel noisy in the evening.

There was no socket near the bed to charge the phone.

Is the second time we book to Kispet Konak due to the good location . We also had breakfast included and it was perfect.We received a clean room,renovated, beds were very good, air conditioning was functioning perfect , non-smoking room. The staff was very nice .

For a night is ok for 2 persons , room is quite small, bathroom also so if you put some more luggage , you have no place to turn around . This is only for those who like to have 100% comfort and space for one night.

The location is perfect for us .

Great location, nice owner and recommended excellent tour guide for visiting around the area. Ideal for three days two nights stay at least.

Breakfast can be better. But it is reasonable for the price I paid for.

Very good location 2 mins to the ferry walking distance, at least 2 private parking places nearby - ask the hotel for guidance (street is very narrow); lots of cafes , restaurants, promenade 5 mins away; clean and simple, perfect choice if in transit, good wi fi signal, nice staff they speak English, some rooms have partial sea view. Good choice for families.

Furniture a bit outdated, but very clean. Due to covid, breakfast was very light and already packed . The street is full if music and noise, at midnight music stops :) No lift, we stayed on 3rd floor.
