It was sold to me as having 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed. It said it slept 6. The 2nd room was extremely small and only 1 guest stayed here the other slept on sofa

Great size apartment with large balcony, not too busy. The walk to the centre wasn't too bad and great to have onside parking.

Lovely bar .fresh bread every day. Staff excellent. Cleaning staff full marks. Bus stops at the door. Swimming pool excellent. For the staff we give 10 out of 10

Ground floor apartment. Would have liked balcony. And a little bit more private. Window blinds need to be updated. Front door needs to be painted .

we liked the large two bedroom suite and the Big Terrace looking onto the common area and the beautiful swimming pool. The coffees were amazing.

I would have liked more choice of food for breakfast.

Room was a bit too small for us and 2 small kids. Really only suitable as a base. We overpaid as peak time and short notice so didn't feel was value for money.

The relaxed atmosphere around the pool

The ease of picking up the keys was relatively easy from the reception area.

I don’t know where to start. The hotel is advertised as family orientated, for a quiet relaxing holiday. It is anything but that. I could only describe the hotel as something that would suit someone for an 18-30 holiday. The noise from upstairs was unbearable, and there were constant partying going on downstairs at all time of the night. We complained to the reception twice in relation to the noise and demanded to be moved, however on one occasion they told us that the party from upstairs was leaving that day, this was a blast at lie, when we asked to move they stated that there wasn’t any spare apartments. They did go on to say they would speak to other residents from downstairs regarding the contact partying, but clearly this never happened. I would not recommend this place for families at all. However if you want to go somewhere to drink and party all night, this is definitely the place for you.

- Please note, that car needed to reach other beautiful areas and beaches, and shops otherwise bus station is just next to the gate. - If you need morning coffee, take your coffee maker with you. - 2 bedroom apartments are best up till 4 persons. Barely fits 5.. 1 bath available in the apartments. Small kitchen with some essentials.

The entire complex is nice, pool is clean and friendly staff. Beds were confortable and kitchen was well equiped. We also had a separate place to dry the clothes, that was very helpful. Beach is at 15 mins walk, supermarket is at 5 mins walk.

Pool area is quite nice and big with some shade from trees and buildings. Apartment is big enough for 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 teens although the 2nd bedroom is tiny and there's no space once the bed is pulled out from under the other, so my daughter slept in the lounge for the last 5 nights as she got fed up with having to push it away all the time to have enough room to get dressed! 15 minutes walk to main town beach and port. Easy to drive out to visit other local beaches etc Near Lidl! Good sized terrace and dining table indoors for when terrace was too hot. Decent kitchen with everything you need to cook. Laundry room with drying racks is brilliant! Loved far end of Port De Pollensa, pine walk area.

Main road noise and views. Quite a lot of broken beds at pool, no umbrellas. Wifi is poor/erratic and couldn't watch any films in apartment. More planting along road would benefit pool area.

We stayed here in 2016 and we loved it so much, we booked for 2022. The apartments and general complex is not up to the high standards as in 2016. The staff and cleaners are still amazing though and very helpful.

As mentioned above, the standard of accommodation has slipped since 2016. The bathroom shower door has seen better days and leaked. The general bathroom furnishings just need replacing as they now look old and rusty. Simple fixes. The lounge seating covers also need updating now. The main pool needs some TLC, tiles need replacing etc - again, I would say it just needs a good refurbishment and externally, all the apartments could now do with a 'white wash coat of paint'. It was sad to see that the Habitat have let standards slip, probably due to so many apartments being privately owned. The bar area shuts at 8pm now which is also frustrating. In 2016, it was always nice to finish off the evenings with a drink by the pool, so our son could continue to play with friends he had met during his daytime fun. No kids club either but our son is now 12 years old, so that wouldn't have been of interest anyway. The Habitat lacks atmosphere in 2022. It was always quiet ish, but with so many apartments being private, it has lost that little poolside buzz it once had. There is no table tennis table in 2022 either, which was always a bit of fun. Would we go back again? Probably not, unless we heard that standards were back at 2016 levels. The staff were amazing though as mentioned - so no issues with anyone that works there. All very helpful.

Carolina, the host, was great and very kind

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. From the checkin process for a late arrival, to helping with any questions we had. One morning we needed maintenance to fix a problem, and it was done whilst we were out. The bar staff were friendly, the pool area was clean and not over crowded, I'd stay here again in the future

The receptionists Carmen and Rosa are really lovely so helpful. It was good for a family of 5. Just 15 minute walk down to Porto Pollenza. I would go again to these apartments.
