Le point fort de ce charmant hôtel est la cordialité et le gentillesse du personnel! Super petit déjeuner et possibilité de profiter du jacuzzi pour 7 euros par personne. Parking gratuit à disposition et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre historique d’Aoste.

Loved the hospitality of the staff, loved the location, Ample parking space, super clean and has a very good restaurant under the hotel.
nothing that I did not like at all but it would have been great to have a more varied breakfast selection and that the fresh orange juice was provided for free. otherwise all was perfect.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Posizione ottima, a pochissimi minuti dagli impianti di risalita per Pila e dal centro di Aosta.
Struttura pulita, carina e molto confortevole. Con un piccolo supplemento si può usufruire della spa, un vero e proprio gioiellino.
Colazione molto varia, dolce e salata, squisita.
La struttura è dotata di un ampio parcheggio gratuito riservato.
Ultimo ma non ultimo lo staff: ECCEZIONALE! Gentili, disponibili ad esaudire le nostre richieste, simpatici e solari. Loro sono il vero valore aggiunto di tutta questa fantastica esperienza. Torneremo senz'altro. Grazie!

The property is just outside the near city if Aosta in a suburb called Pollein. The hotel is well located to tKe the gondola to Pila for skiing. The facilities and rooms were good, and the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
There could have been more parking at the front of the hotel - there is a new restaurant below the hotel ( whjch is very good) which meant if that parking was full we had to park across the street- but it was nt hugely inconvienient

Benché su strada e vicino a benzinaio, hotel molto silenzioso e ben tenuto. Parcheggio comodo, reception presidiata da mattino presto a sera tardi, da personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera ordinata e pulita. Colazione buona e abbondante

We really liked this hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful, the breakfasts were very good and the mountain views from our room fabulous. Everything felt of very good quality. The location is also convenient for Aosta, while far enough from the autostrada.
It was a bit hard to find places to eat in the evening without going into Aosta, but the staff were very helpful in making suggestions and bookings for us. One evening we managed to eat in The Hub underneath the hotel, which was fine and a bit different.

Friendly smiling staff. Love the lady at the reception when we checked in. so sweet, we could listen to her speaking French for hours, like a melody.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was good, warm and clean. Breakfast very good (although some parts you needed to pay for if you wanted to order which was fine).

Property is only 5 mins away from Pila ski lift. It’s not ultra luxurious but serves the purpose and it’s worth the money. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and amazing. There’s a cool restaurant right below the hotel which has drinks and good food. Additionally, There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The reception folks also suggests amazing scenic routes and stuff around the valley. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in the center of the Aosta Valley, so it's easy to get anywhere in the valley.
.The spa allowed us to enjoy a rainy day and it is also very clean and pleasant.
The shower - the hot water was not really hot and the water flow was very weak
We asked the staff to deal with it but were told there was nothing they could do about it and no one else had complained about it. After a day of hiking in the mountains a lukewarm shower is a disappointing thing

Exceptional service by all staff. All staff were very friendly, professional and carried out their role efficiently. They made most other hotels look average.
The hotel is very well maintained. Interior decoration and furnishing was simple, of good quality and in very good condition.

The mountain view from our room was lovely. Being on the back of the property, it was very quiet. Beds comfortable and good quality linen.
The on-site restaurant is The Hub. This is a separate business, not belonging to the hotel. We had dinner at the Hub. In my opinion it is the wrong type of restaurant for Hotel Diana Jardin et Spa. Guests would probably do better by going out for dinner.

Hospitality and info for things to do was exceptional, location easy to reach other villages and only 2 kilometers to Aosta, very clean, comfortable beds, very good continental breakfast, and above all, staff was very polite and friendly.

Staff very welcoming, the room was clean and well fitted out. The staff at breakfast were very good, very efficient and the breakfast was good.
No restaurant for dinner as part of the hotel only a restaurant run by a different company which was not to the standard of the hotel.
