Good sized rooms. Staff mostly friendly. Great views from the pool area. Good breakfast. Comfy bed, clean room.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too. Hotel lobby area and sitting areas where light and airy and clean.

My room was located on the first floor so it was facing a road ( room 112 ) so abit noisy for me. The shower needed better water seal to stop it splashing onto the bathroom floor. A curtain aswell would be a good idea.

The family greetings. Location in resort. Position of the room. All mod con facilities to self cater with working kitchen. Safe and clean with waste pick ups every day They let us check in early with no extra charge. Washing line facilities with pegs on balcony. Quiet at night. Thanks to George and family for a great stay and helpful advice..

The staff could not have been kinder, the location is excellent and it was great value for money.

Staff has attitude of government employees with permanent jobs. Wifi was down all of first evening and most night. all they said was, “yeah, we know!”. I couldn’t work as there was no internet. they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or offer complimentary breakfast or even a drink!

Good position for the harbour. Lovely choice of food and drinks for breakfast. Nice relaxing bar area. Pool area looked nice, although I didn't use it. Clean, comfortable bed and nice shower room. Friendly staff.

The location is just a few meters from the ferry dock. It was very convenient since we brought our bicycles with us. The hotel offered to keep our bikes in a safe storage room which was great. we could easily access them at any time. It is a very clean hotel, and the staff is fantastic. Everyone speaks fluent English. Always helpful and smiling. The housekeeping lady is such a joy in the morning. They left a bottle of wine and a lovely card from the manager for my birthday even tho i never mentioned we were celebrating, such a thoughtful surprise! The room had bath robes in addition to regular towels, also a mini sewing kit. Beds and pillows were crisp and comfy. There are beautiful cats roaming around the island, the hotel is very kind to these animals. they even keep water and cat food by the far corner of the patio which was extra awesome for us because we love cats and definitely prefer businesses that care for the animals and the environment. Often hearing guns'n'roses playing in the reception area is also a huge plus. Great experience all around.

Shame about the Staff who are evasive of clear requests , breakfast staff clealy dont like their jobs: sour faced and banging cutlery and plates during collection. Little appreciation of tourists and transit guests needs and unsympathetic re early check in’s. Not to be repeated when their are so many options.

3rd visit booked again for same time next year. The staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Anybody with a bad word for this place is to my mind finding fault for faults sake.
