Had a nice stay at Crown goa. The rooms were spacious and had good secluded open space. It is very near to all the casinos and just a 2 minutes walk to happening places like Down The Road, Soho, etc. (drinks and dinner).

The staff at breakfast can do much better. They were not welcoming and confused our orders multiple times. In terms of variety, the breakfast spread really needs improvement.

the room allotted to me was not that selected! in the name of an ‘upgrade’, they gave me a newer room without the USP of a ever view - stating that this is what booking.com messed up!

The pool area was a very welcoming area after walking around the town. This property is in a fabulous location as you can wander down the hill to great restaurants in minutes.

The hotel is not what is actually portrayed on booking.com Web site. All rooms are different and old, not clean as per a boutique hotel standard.the staff is polite enough not to serve your requirements when there is a concern. The surrounding is so unpleasant and for the rate that I paid is actual not worth it.please go to any brand hotel n pay the same price but not here.

Property is nice.

Attention is not personalised. Bathroom door and celing was full of black fungus. Housekeeping in general was not great. Cigarette smell in the toilet eventually.

The room in particular. Does not give a feel like a 5 star hotel. Felt like i was staying in a 3 star property. Breakfast is same and repetitive everyday.

The gym, the 5th floor hotel room, the service and the staff are just wonderful.

I tried to borrow an umbrella from the hotel, but was denied from taking it out. I found it strange that I couldn't take it out.

Very bad Hygiene. Does not deserve to be a 5 star not even 4 star. The breakfast room is highly unorganized and does not call for 5 star status. They do not even serve cappuccino coffee. You have to manage your own tab
