Bathroom: the day I arrived the holder of the shower head almost fell off, the water was running out on the wrong end from the shower head, spider webs all over the bathroom, I had no soap and when I turned on the water a little longer in the sink I suddendly had water on the bathroom floor. I mentioned the first 4 points to the staff and I received soap immediately after and at least the shower head they fixed (after more than 24 hrs). Pool: The only reason I booked this accomodation was because of the pool, however after the first time I went in, my newly washed white bikini was yellowish. I did see them clean it but after this I was not wanting to have another go. Wifi: very weak access in the rooms

Nice room, lovely pool. Breakfast was good. Seemed to be a quiet neighbourhood but still walkable into the centre of Luang Prabang.

The swimmimg pool and breakfast were very nice. Delicious coffee and friendly staff.

It was all great. Maybe having a more traditional shower next to the magic shower would have been a good suggestion.... (it is just for the swimming pool)

The rooms are spacious and so is the setup of the property. The pool is nice and I loved the free bikes (considering that guided tours are so expensive in Laos, so we did a bit of discovery ourselves on the bikes). The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the curtains in the room should be replaced cause if you open them, everyone can see everything in your room, while keeping curtains closed is quite dark. The room has a lot of wood, but the floor is a bit slippery if you walk barefoot. Breakfast options were ok.

The hotel advertised that it has a restaurant, but it was closed the whole time. If not enough guests, I can understand, but inform the guests. This was a big minus/disappointment as one of the reasons for booking the hotel. The doors to the balcony did not close very well.

facilities are a little old. our rooms air conditioner did not work at night and we had to move to another room which was not as good. bed and pillow was lumpy.

delightful retreat about 5/10 minute walk to night market n restaurants. large upstairs room with balcony well appointed. reasonable size bathroom with deep high bathtub with shower over same. careful on step to get out of bathtub. staff very friendly, helpful n welcoming!!! great clean swimming pool u can chill out.

just be careful getting in n out of deep bath.

Amazing location only a 10 minute stroll from the night market. Pool was a fab place to unwind around. Breakfast delicious with the friendliest staff. Bikes available to guests were a brilliant facility enabling fun exploring in the local area.

Only downer were the rude guests who congregated around the pool at a ridiculously early time and made loads of noise - perhaps the staff could respectfully intervene in the future?

Lovely big room and generally excellent facilities. Close enough to the centre of the old town to walk, and really quiet most of the time.

For a working visit the wi-fi was a bit unreliable. This was a particular problem as there is no 4G connection in Luang Prabang which made communications more difficult than usual.

It was quite a walk to the centre of town but the exercise did us good!

A pity that I paid in cash and they took money from my bank account without telling me!! It is unacceptable for an hotel of this standing! Besides, the bathroom smells sewer, so everywhere it smells horrible!

Good location

Too noisy we had 2 rooms and the noise from the occupants of the rooms attached to ours on the second and third nights of our 3 nights stay meant we got very little sleep. There is no insulation sound proofing every word and movement can be heard. So only good if you happen to have empty rooms around you. We would not stay here again
