We have never been to a hotel where the staff are as friendly and helpful as they were here, absolutely loved them. The room was always nice and fresh. Sublime location of the hotel, close to everything and you can book trips, taxi etc at the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Da im Erdgeschoss, keine eigene Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Tür , somit würde ich schauen, dass ich ein Zimmer im oberen Stock haben könnte nächstes Mal.

Die Zimmer der Unterkunft sind schön eingerichtet, groß und haben genügend Ablageflächen für Koffer, etc. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr schön. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut; 5 Minuten sind es zu Fuß zum Phousi. Das beste ist jedoch die Besitzerin! Sie war zu uns so freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke für das Organisieren der Zugtickets!

This hotel is not too central but of walking distance to anywhere. On the bright side, very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Room is spacious, has natural light and the walls are in bright colors - very comfortable for a germaphobe like me. The interior are simple but enough to what we need, and unique in Lao style. Hoa, the property manager, is very friendly and helpful with recommendations and guides. She helped us to buy train tickets to Vientiane. She also always has time for a chat and is very open to answer whatever questions we had about the local life. Her kids, the little hosts, are very cute too. We wish her and the family business all the best!

Location is not central but not too far. Hoa is a fantastic host and there are cycles to use. It is a safe place and Hoa gave fantastic recommendations to make out trip very nice.

The owner was super nice and helpful, they got the free bikes and will even ask u whether u need or not! Super nice family! And cute kid! Clean room, I love the design of the bathroom, without steps in the bath area! Around 10-15min to walk to the river!

Perfect location on a quiet street, but still close to restaurants, cafes etc. The host (Hoa) is super friendly and helpful. The room has all amenities and is very clean.

Breakfast choices were fresh and delicious. Convenient walk to everything. max walk 20 minutes. most things 5-15. Hwa, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable about the area and arranged all of our transportation and tours as well as eating recommendations. Laundry for small fee with quick turn around. Atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. We’re already trying to find a time to come stay again!

The standout thing about this hotel is the positive atmosphere, created by the amazing host Hoa and her family. She is exceptionally warm, welcoming and efficient. Rooms are clean and it’s a short walk into town. Breakfast is also wonderful!

Everything about our stay was perfect from beginning to end. I usually don't leave reviews but this place deserves it. While everything was perfect, what sets this place apart is the owner, Hoa. I can safely say in all my travels, I've never met a nicer, more helpful person. She is just amazing. 10/10 in all regards

Everything was perfect, it was an amazing place. Hao was extremely hospitable, making me feel as if I was at home. She was able to organize all tickets and trips for me. The room was clean an spacious. Food was really good.

What a special little place this is. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, plenty of plug sockets, breakfast lovely but what made my stay so wonderful was Hoa, her family and her small team. Nothing is too much trouble, she will help organise travel, days out etc. and always had time for a chat. I extended my stay and felt very sad to leave.

if you stay 2 nights, the owner will let you move to another property. but the another house is not as good as original one.

Super hostess, location is a little distance from town center but the free bikes made up for that. Breakfast was good, rooms are as pictured and very clean. The beds were a little firm but I slept well. Everything was so sweet. I highly recommend a stay here if you are in Luang Prabang.
