the facility and location

breakfast is a NIGHTMARE, honestly croissants from the previous days should be trashed. staff ain’t the most friendly or nice at all. that’s a total downer

the food could be improved. parking was limited

The Staff at the Grotticelle went out of their way to be as professional and courtious as possible if not even just a little more. The Hotel is clean and inviting... Breakfast is just as perfect !!

The rooms need a little bit of care... the doors and locks need to be renovated or changed, in my opinion... very noisy...even too much for the other guests nearby when opening and closing. The rest was great.

Beautiful building, gardens and pool. Lovely , well maintained property.

Staff were slow and off hand. The hotel is not beachfront, as is described, it is a 300 metre walk down hill to the beach, They do have a bar (separate building) on the beachfront.

Nice pool, near to Tropea - very nice little city

Aircondition for extra money (if you want to change the degree), poor breakfast, stinky enviroment on the street - trash all over
