The situation was great but to the beach only by car,this is far. very nice view,very calm location.we enjoyed a lot!

The kitchen - to be renovated.

Amazing view of Groticcelle beach and surroundings. A unique place to take a trip in southern Calabria. Sufficiently equipped villa to enjoy a pleasant holiday. I can only recommend.

Great location, almost carribean sea, great snorkeling

non drinkable water in the apartment, problem of insufficient water in summer in this location - no public water supply, two appartments share one tank of water, fridge was old (Indesit) and bad refrigerated - food was the next day spoiled

Perfect location and views of Capo Vaticano! The best beach is just downhill, there is a narrow path. Mr. Domenico who was there when I arrived was very nice although we didn't have a common language (me not speaking italian). Good value for money.

The apartment was a bit cold inside (it was early May). Maybe a renovation of the kitchen could be a good idea.

The location is great - staying where others have to go specially for the view! The family was very helpful and quick to reply to any question or request.

wifi was very patchy

Mesmerising view from the villa, amazing beach available in 15 minutes walk. Very kind and helpful hosts. The best choice in Capo Vaticano.
