Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean. Large bathroom counter. Delicious wine selection and very good food, I still dream about their meat and cheese board. Loved this place.

I would give Hosteria Kaulem more stars if I could! It is simply wonderful! The staff is so friendly (a bonus: they speak English); the breakfast is robust and delicious, with many items cooked to order—no heat lamps here!; the location is great (I could see the top of Fitz Roy from my window when the clouds cooperated!); and the building itself is really cool. The staff are eco-minded and focused on sustainability. My room was large, comfortable, and had water pressure in the shower that was unbeatable! Another bonus: there is a comfy lounge that doubles as a cafe. If you arrive via car, there is plenty of free parking outside. Also, when I was there it was very quiet!

The coffee was especially delicious! Also the receptionist Augustine was wonderful and helped us prepare for our visit and hike more than you can imagine! He had great recommendations and was so friendly.

+ What needs to be mentioned at first is the staff! We have never been hosted so friendly, helpful and always attentive. Augustin was of great help with tours and dinner places, he was always super friendly! Shana (?) made us great breakfast and lunch boxes every day. + Kaulem has only 4 rooms so it is very personal and relaxed + rooms are nice and cosy and the common area (which is also a public cafe during the day) is very comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere. + the whole house is nicely decorated with art pieces from local artist (also for sale)

Super nice facility, nice bed and pillows. Has home made bread and champagne for our new year Eve stay. there is a restaurant/living room in the hotel, walking out of our room to have breakfast feels like home. The English speaking staffs are very helpful, who helped us book taxi and sort out some complicated logistics issue. Our room can see Fitz Roy from the window, very cool. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very nice during our stay

We need storage our luggage for a day after we left for a hike in. Our luggage was left under the stairs unattended for the whole time. Nothing lost, but I wish it could be a bit more secured.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely lounge area and great location. Would recommend.

The ground floor bedroom windows could not be left open as stray cat kept jumping in. The bed would benefit from a mattress protector and better quality bedding
