A nice place to stay. Its very clean and comfortable with an excellent buffet breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well here. It has lovely views of Mount Fitz Roy.

I had no Internet for my entire stay. My phone didn't pick up the WiFi in the common area and there is no WiFi in the rooms. This makes it really hard to plan anything as a backpacker. Luckily my partner had WiFi in the room. I had to go to cafes where they let me use their WiFi.

El entorno del hotel es hermoso, con unos espacios comunes con una excelente vista. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios, y el desayuno abundante. Le faltan más o menos las mismas cosas que tradicionalmente no se sirven en la zona (estilo frutas ,solo ensalada de frutas) pero fuera de eso tiene muchas opciones. Tienen una sala para guardar equipaje post check out. También cuentan con servicio de viandas para llevar a los senderos con muchas opciones.

La hora de check out a las 10am me parece bastante temprano, aunque te dan facilidades como un baño y el guarda equipajes.

EL desayuno muy completo. La ubicación excelente. Que permita que se pueda traer uno su propia comida usando el comedor.

Que no haya wifi en la habitación.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el desayuno variado. La ubicación estratégica , cerca de la enterada al parque y restaurantes.

The furniture is very old(not in a cool way), there is alot of noise(is like you do not have a door). I was feeling like I was in a dorm(not in a good way).

Very nice hosteria, very quite, nice view. Centrally located. Clean and bright rooms, good healthy breakfast options. Very helpful reception stuff.

They missed a couple of our messages via booking.com, and their email address and we did not receive any reply from them on time.

The hosteria was wonderful! Located just a few minutes away from the hike trails and very close to the restaurants. Very clean and comfortable rooms, really nice breakfast and the staff was super friendly. Also there is a wonderful common aria and garden that is excellent to rest after a long hike.

Great location. The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to Laguna de Los Tres trailhead and the main street with plenty of options for food. Rooms were small but comfy. We like the spacious common area where you meet with a large group of friends.

the hallway was quite loud, even people trying to be quiet were very loud. our door did not close without it being locked.

Located in the centre of town and easy to get everywhere. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and helped us book our transfer out of town.

Breakfast wasn't well stocked on one day.

The bathroom door not only didn't close and latch, but it was many inches off from being able to do so. Furthermore - it would automatically swing back open since it wouldn't latch closed so we had to wedge a trashcan behind the door to keep it closed. Notified the staff member and they seem surprised but it had likely been this way for years after they re-worked the tile in the bathroom causing the issue

All in all it was a nice hotel. The location was nice and the staff were super helpful and willing to assist you with questions or plans that you want to make during your stay in town.

The room was a bit worn down, the door handles were all super loose for example and the room's door would constantly make loud sounds because of the wind.
