Perfect location, Maria was a wonderful host in every way. Large rooms with everything that you could need. Highly recommended.

We came for 2 nights and stayed for 6, so that says it all.. we really had the best stay with Maria! The location is fantastic, the sea view from the room and balcony is perfect, you can lie in bed and hear the waves and you can walk 15 seconds and you're in the water. The room is very convenient and sparkling clean, with a small kitchenette and everything you might need. And on top of all - Maria is the loveliest host, exceptionally kind and generous. She gave us lots of homemade delicious treats, she made sure that our room was spotless every day, she brought us blankets when we sat in the balcony on a chilly evening, and despite the language barrier, she made us feel at home from the very first moment. More than excellent value for money! We highly highly recommend!!

Leaving :( If you're in Agios Ioannis in stormy weather, I recommend asking for a room a little further from the sea because it gets very loud.
