my wife and i, stayed 3 nights, good points: the location is amazing, the pool and outside garden area is very nice, free parking , hotel is located on the beach and next to all the restaurants, supermarkets and bars

unfortunately i have to say, when we arrived we got to the room, and the bedsheets were dirty and disgusting, after asking the receptionist to change, she became a bit rude with us, thats not where the bad stuff ended, she also informed us after we checked in, that we have to pay extra for AC , 8 euros per day! thats a bit of a scam. some of the personel in the hotel is nice, but a couple of them are a bit rude. the hotel is cheap but cheap is also what you will get, for example the breakfast is very very basic and a la carte, for example the English breakfast, comes with coffee, but the coffee will just be a little bag of instant coffee and you have to pour the hot water lol.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area and sea view from the all rooms. Super clean, rooms cleaned everyday. Close to the center and good restaurants, but yet very quiet.

Food is very basic.

Optimal price balanced object on exellent location (by the sea, half way to the Nissi beach and the city), with room terraces exposed to the open sea and beautiful well maintained swimming-pool, exotic greenery and solid restaurant/bar.

Pool maintenance start too early in the morning (6 a.m.) and makes noise. A lot of ants in the object, but they only show up when you leave some (sweet) food out of refrigerator. Rooms are decently sized for two, but not for more. Towels, that are changed once in few days, are oftenly smelly.

Rooms (and entire hotel) full of ants. Aircondition - TRAP - you have to pay extra 8 (EIGHT) euros PER DAY to get it. (even though it's listed amongst facilities). Studio apartments don't look like on pictures - at all. Furniture is very old, bathroom has sliding door, beds are seriously uncomfortable. No soap in the bathroom , no dishwashing liquid etc.

Our son liked the swimming pool. The hotel is on the coastal line and overlooks the sea. There was a daily cleaning of the room and they changed the bed sheets once during our stay.

We booked bungalow with air conditioning. When we arrived, we were told the air conditioning costs extra 8 euro per day, even though we showed the woman that our confirmation says we have air conditioning included in the price. When we got into the bungalow, we were surprised that it was full of ants. They were in the kitchen on the walls around the bed, on the terrace, on the clothes dryer. There was no hand soap, neither shampoo or shower gel. No sponge or cleaning rug to wipe off the surfaces. The cocktails in the bar were mildly put medíocre. The food was ok though. The next morning we ordered a double expresso for which the bartender just charged double the price of an expresso, but instead of making expresso- added some more water in a bad coffee… we paid for this 4,6 euro. This was the last time we tried the bar or the restaurant. On top of all this there was no internet in the bungalow. Overall quite dissatisfying experience.

The location was perfect for us.

The room was slightly smaller than we thought it would be but we were out or in the pool most of the time so it wasn’t an issue.

After I payed 55 euros / night, I was asked to pay additional 8 euros/ night for using the air conditioning. Extra charge is also for safe-box or for electricity adapter. Almost forgot - the shower gel was missing but I bought one :)

A such dirty place I never saw. The smell was so bad… They destroyed a half of my holiday. We requested an upgrade to one room of their hotel but they didn’t cooperate with us. Only promises but they didn’t came back to us with a real proposal. I will never return to this hotel.

I loved the ocean view and the facilities at the hotel. Incredible location for a short or long stay!

Nice view. Good location. Nice pool area.

In the room there were ants everywhere. Neighbour next door was chain- smoker so all the time we sat on the balcony as passive smokers. There was no dishwashing liqwid nor sponge, no soap in the bathroom to wash hands.
