The sauna is on place, but I could not use it, because 20 o'clock was already "too late" to use it. Not friendly hotel owener or employe. Customer orientation is an area for improvement definitely!!!!!

The room was nice, bed very comfortable and the sheets were of good quality.

The staff were grumpy and confused at the check-in. The breakfast was rather basic. The sauna as advertised in the pictures at the time of the booking was not available.

The breakfast was great, coffee good (fully automatic machine). Hotel was very clean. Nice rooms, nice breakfast room. Quiet at night. Air Condition worked really good.

Smooking people right at the entrance door. We´ve had the room above, had to close windows.
