Facilities need upgrade

The place was fine, basic but tasty breakfast. Pretty clean.

Staff didn't really speak English. They charge 2% on card transaction. I can't really rate the location, the neighbourhood was weird, not many places to eat.

It's a very clean accommodation and the staff friendly and ready to help. We stayed there only to transfer to another place I am not sure if the location is good or not.

The room was big and so clean with A/C , closet, clothes drying rack, tv and the location is closed to the local market. But what I like the most is the staffs which they are so lovely and nice.

My family stayed here for 2 nights and loved Ikiru! The owner and staff are more than helpful. One took the extra effort to find cardboard so that we could wrap up our souvenirs. As for cleanliness, we haven't seen such dedication to hygiene outside of Japan. Even the shared bathroom was clean. The hotel was quiet as it's not on a main street. Plus, the breakfast was delicious.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

On our way to the place (we were travelling by car from Bali), the host informed that the room was accidentally double booked by another guess and we were asked to find another place to stay. HOWEVER, in the end they offer alternative room (2 split rooms - which happen to fit us better!) with 10% off from the initial price. Hugely appreciated!
