Annie was a true delight . We called her , as instructed, half hour before arrival. She met us at the corner and facilitated our parking right in front as we unloaded bags ( 15 minute spot) and went up to apt. She explained where everything was and even left us fresh bread, milk, orange juice, butter and jam for our two night breakfasts which we had not anticipated. There is a good patisserie/Boulanger across the street as well. She then walked us through the route around the corner to the private garage( a surprise to us) The apartment was filled with daylight and larger than we expected. All was fresh with white linens on bed and two white covered chairs by tv. A beautiful Indian looking carpet defined the sitting area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and china. The bath was modern looking and all worked well. The location was ideal for exploring the historic city of Quimper, right next to mairie and steps from cathedral. It was an easy walk around town to the faience,factory famous for Quimper pottery. It was a quiet locale and a welcome respite for our three week trip in Normandy and Brittany. Annie made us a reservation at Le Bar Iode for our first night— fantastic seafood and lovely atmosphere. A number of locals ate there as well. Linen tablecloths but not too formal. A Vieux Quimper creperie was another good spot. It was filled with locales and a true old creperie.

Just be mindful of the corner of the square slate outside the shower.

The owner Annie met us on arrival and spoke very good English. The apartment had free parking and was in a perfect and quiet location, very central. Inside it exceeded our expectations, very stylish and with good space, the photos didn't do it justice. Highly recommend.

The wifi signal was intermittent and we prefer duvets to blankets. That's all we could think of to improve.

Perfectly situated for browsing around the town and the secure parking was a bonus.
