The garden was beautiful. The pool area was lovely. The rooms were big and comfortable. Everything we need was in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Beds were comfortable.

The pool was cold. There could be more options for breakfast. Also since the room was had faced the courtyard with only a window, there was a loud conversation that woke us up right outside our window.

No nos gustó que el horario de la habitación no fuera un poco más flexible y se pudiera usar un poco más tarde. Y respecto al horario que brindan los desayunos, por cuestiones personales no llegamos a tiempo para tomar nuestro desayuno. En recepción nos indicaron que era aún posible ir al restaurante, pero llegando al restaurante nos indicaron que ya no podían brindarnos el servicio y no nos ofrecieron otra opción para poder comer algo en el restaurante.

The premises are beautiful, gardens.

Rooms very small. And reception staff not very friendly or reasonable. The attitude of the clerk very unprofessional. My sister came in to pick me up, she was not allowed in, she was made to wait in the lobby. Never heard of a family member not allowed to visit a guest.

Very quiet for in the middle of town and so peaceful. Pool was great and the area was beautiful.

Vey nice hotel, excellent location, nice pool and atmosphere. The rooms and bathroom were a bit basic compared with other hotels around and the price. Personal was very nice and friendly.

the staff was very friendly and helped us order tours and organise transportation to the airport. they also upgraded our rooms for better comfort.

they couldn’t provide us a cot for our baby; there were no creams, shampoo etc available in the bathroom; the reception area did not have tour leaflets regarding the tour options available; the breakfast service was at times slow as there was just one worker assisting all tables; the walk to the centre felt long.

no info about Antigua, no map, no leaflets about tours etc. no info about if restaurant was open in day time. saw some people getting drinks at poolside but didn’t see menu. thought from description it was slightly closer to main square - took 15-20 to walk.

Breakfast is ncluded but only if you walk to reception every morning and beg for a breakfast ticket. Restaurant staff will NOT give you breakfast WITHOUT a ticket even though you PAID for it on your room. The American Breakfast is 2 Eggs, NO Bacon, No Sausage, No Meat, just 2 eggs and Bread as Hard as a Brick. Worst service ever. Don't book here

Excellent location: safe, quiet, and close to everything. Beautiful relaxing pool and garden, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, the jacuzzi tub in the room was great and they provided bubble bath. The room and grounds are exceptionally clean. I recommend staying here for a trip to Antigua.

The mattress was very firm. WiFi works very well in the restaurant, pool, and garden but can be unreliable in the room. Despite this, it was a lovely hotel.

The hotel style /architekture together with the garden and pool area was just beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and comfy.

Windows were facing a wall + I could hear every word from the room bellow (? or not sure where from, but it was as the men would be in my room). Comparing the price vs. the service in Antigua, the Hotel is really overexpensive!! The breakfast was not very good, I did not get even milk to my coffee ( I have asked for it twice... but did not get it at all). I would also expect the stuff ať the reception in 4* hotel, speaks English - but they were not, however i have to say they were really nice and helpful.

Breakfast was basic, nothing was ready at the time, staff very uncomfortable and I've must paid milk for my daughters. Was not included ...UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

The property is beautiful and very well kept up. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The staff was great. We liked being on the edge of town, away from the bulk of the traffic. The price was fair for the level of the hotel.

We had a shower in the room with a large shower pan. The water backed up when showering so that there was standing water in the shower which felt a bit icky. The room had minimal lighting, and it was fairly dark in the evening and a bit hard to see unless we had the bathroom light on. The bed was very firm. We like firm beds so not an issue for us, but I could see it being so for someone else.

what’s advertised does not match the reality. didn’t have extra bed for my 2 year old, breakfast was poor, is not walking distance from the city Center, the staff was not kind and everything they did was “an exception”, there was a dirty sock on the room.

I like that it was close to almost everywhere I needed to go.

Before I checked out the housekeeping lady was checking the room which I had no problem with but what pissed me off was the fact that she was inspecting the sheets and covers one by one looking for stains then she did the same for each towel then said one towel had make up on. It didn’t make any sense to me.

The rules that were "COVID" driven. We were the only people in the hotel and I couldn't have my friend come to my room while we got ready to leave or even my daughter's father. It was ridiculous, I don't need anyone to tell me how to take care of my health, first off, and second, that is not how people get sick. It left a really bad taste in my mouth that I was followed around like a teenager who couldn't handle myself.
