Very friendly staff and excellent location in the very centre of the town.

The rooms are a little small.

The quiet and that convenient location the size of the room and the bed was comfortable.

The towels are very poorly londered and feel almost like abrasive sandpaper. I've never seen towels like that. Also the television has no English language channels at all such as BBC or CNN.

booked trough booking.com. Receptionist only spoke Polish and kept trying to charge double. I arrived at 1:30 and did not want to argue, I wanted my room and to sleep a few hours. After some arguments I paid the ric I booked for. I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 9 years and was always happy, but prices keep going up and experience keeps going down. Breakfast was also less than normal, No good coffee, I had to go to reception to get scrambled eggs and the overall quality was less than before. I do not uderstand, the higher prices I can accept, but combined with worse quality and service makes me look for alternatives.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and plenty of it. Very comfortable beds although our room was very small. Nice clean bathroom. We will definitely stay there in the future!

I Have stayed here on a couple of occasions and the staff are always helpful and I always have a great nights sleep.

The was no blind on the bathroom window which overlooked the Main Street.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the city center of Chojnice and it was really great the hotel had secure parking. The room, which had a double bed and a sofa-bed was very comfortable . The bathroom was functional with some lovely products.

Due to the central location, I woke up because of the noise of some people being quite loud outside. Breakfast was decent, but there could be more choice.

Poor WiFi - we had room 103 for 2 Nights and was impossible to connect the whole stay. 😳

Great! Close to the square and town centre. The staff in the hotel very polite and helpfull! Breakfast really good too :-)

There was lots of noise coming from the square at night, not hotel's fault of course. Maybe if we closed the window would be better, but it was too hot as no aircon in hotel.
