This was a late booking on a stop over. The property is set in a secluded courtyard off the main road. The room was on the ground floor, very spacious, clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed. I booked in the restaurant, definitely recommend this the food was superb and the staff attentive. Breakfast was good but you had to order this the evening before

Hard for us to understand that you dont serve breakfast at your very nice outdoor terasse. Who wants to have breakfast in a small dark indoor room?

Close to Maison Pasteur, but a bit out of town for other sites. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was quiet and had lovely distant views but the immediate view was of a utilitarian flat gravelled rooftop. Our room was very private with no overlooking windows so the curtains could be left open. We had dinner at the hotel on a stunning back terrace overlooking the garden and hills. The air conditioning in our room was on for us when we arrived and worked very well. The shower over the bath had excellent pressure and hot water. Secure bike storage facilities in a private garden shed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the restaurant.
Prices in the restaurant were very expensive. No elevator and a maze of stairs to get to our room.

We had a great stay. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant with nice outdoor terrace for dining. Close to the centre ville. Would highly recommend

it’s close walking distance into town.

wifi didn’t work in room. very weak and kept dropping. impossible for 2 people to log in.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The staff also professional and friendly .The garden was by a river so fine.
The food was a great disappointment and not really what we had expected. This was a stop over on route to the Alps and the journey back too the motorways long and windy.

Pleasant accomodation with generally service minded staff
Restaurant offered a wine menu where 3 of 5 wines were not up to,par: a 1988 Troussou which had passed the peak, a 10 year old Vin Jaune which killed the cheese it was supposed to accompany, and finally a dry Gewurztraminer to accompany a mango dessert. It is interesting to try new taste combinations, but on this occasion the restaurant destroyed most of an otherwise excellent meal.

Cozy little Hotel in the center of Arbois in walking distance from shops and sights. The restaurant and its wines are worth the trip by themselves.

An excellent restaurant. I would guess that the restaurant is on course to achieve a Michelin star. I would return for the restaurant.
The hotel is in need of some investment. It was OK but it appears that the owner has concentrated on the restaurant so far. I hope he updates the hotel.
