The property was extremely close to everything in Jaco city.

I wish there were more options for breakfast.

The room-studio was spacious. The Location is good and pleasant all day long. There was a step in the middle of the room which I found a bit dangerous especially if you need to wake up in the middle of the night. The space to pass from the actual bed to the bathroom was quite tricky. There was only a 25cm gap to pass through the bed and walk into the bathroom. I knocked my knee 3 times at the bed corner. You need to be very careful and in general moving around the room is not carefree. Be aware at night after 8pm, while the area seems a bit dangerous.

There are two major things that attracted my attention. 1st, the water running through the bath and the kitchen tub which smells of rust and you can see the brown stains all over the white tiles. I had to brush my teeth and wash my face with water from my bottle. 2nd, staff's attitude. We couldn't have breakfast that we already paid for, because we had to check out at 6am. On our check-in I kindly asked the receptionist that because we are not having breakfast could I please just ask for a cup of black coffee in the morning? He said yes, provisionally I will walk into the kitchen at 5am when the ladies come in for work and ask for my cup of coffee. At 5am I ran into the kitchen and I asked for the coffee. The lady said yes ok but it is not ready yet. At 5.20 am I asked again for the coffee but still not ready. At 5.45am again but still not ready. At that time the receptionist arrived and I complained asking him why is this happening? The lady from the kitchen approached the front desk and asked me to stop in different words using bad language in Spanish (unfortunately for her, I speak Spanish...). The coffee cannot be ready earlier but breakfast time and if I wanted one I should have made my own in my room. Yes I would, if I knew that they do not have this facility so early in the morning. I am a frequent traveler all over the world and in every hotel I stayed in my entire life and not be able to have breakfast, they always give us breakfast-to-go without even asking. I felt really sad and humiliated by this attitude of the staff of the hotel:( P.S. Maybe it was a bad morning for that lady and with the receptionist a luck of communication. No matter what we should be very careful with our clients and because I work into the tourism business as well this behavior is unacceptable.

The staff were very helpful an accommodating. The room was very spacious, clean comfortable and everything worked perfectly. So close to beach and shops yet just far enough off the main road to be super quiet. If you'd like to see a heap of enormous iguanas stay here. They're everywhere.!!!

The pool area is great with several pools and many sunbeds. Also, the staff is extremely nice - both in the reception and those serving breakfast. The location is great both for the beach and town!

The rooms are very old. Many power sockets did not work in the room. It smelled quite stuffy.

I could smell the scent of people before me on the pillow shams Requested to be changed the next day which they did but I felt a little ickiness after that. kitchenette could be better supplied. For example no can or bottle opener. I think an ice machine would be a great improvement

This was a nasty place operating under so much bogus rules that felt like being under solitary confinement which were not properly disclosed during booking!

No redemption here, it felt like a victim of toxic thievery.

Scam, place looks nothing like the pictures online! It’s in a such bad spot that Reception told us not too leave room after 6 pm…

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The staff and owner are wonderful people.

Breakfast was cooked to order the day before and reserved a time for eating. Staff were very accommodating.

Rooms are out dated, but clean. Road in front of the hotel is very dark. It was safe, but scary being dark.

Great breakfast, friendly staff

The hotel is just lovely! We liked it so much, we returned there for another night, before flying back home. The pool is great, the whole courtyard feels very homey. The breakfast was very good as well. Especially wonderful was the staff - Antony helped us a lot with organising our stay.

Great location, close to Main Street and beach but slightly removed and secure. The pools and grounds were very nice, and the breakfast was very good. A very nice family hotel.

The breakfast was nice. It was cool to see the dragon lizards in the morning. The room was open and spacious. It was nice to have a microwave and mini fridge.

There was no hot water in our room so taking showers when it wasn’t hot outside (at night, in the morning) was annoying and inconvenient.
