Having a balcony that faced a back lane although I knew this when I booked it.

Perfect location, short walk to the older part of Zadar. The room was great and the view from the window just stunning. Very convenient self check in. Free parking if you park off the main road, just outside the entrance.

Top location, very nice window view, cosy and spacious studio with all the basic equipment.

There was an unpleasant smell when the bathroom fan turned on (which happens every time you turn on the bathroom light). I hope they fix this in the future.

The location of the property was perfect, waking up in the morning with the stunning view was very enjoyable. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had all the things you would need to a great stay. The staff were very accommodating and made the check in process very easy.

The AC either didn’t work or was stuck on a timer that wouldn’t circulate the air, also the bed was not the most comfortable compared to other beds I have stayed in, but all in all a great stay.

Located on the harbour close to all amenities. The room was perfectly clean and tidy. Modern and updated. Lovely comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. We stayed in room 4 on the back of the building with a balcony. Easy to check in and out. All in all we couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for everything.

The room is really pretty, modern, spacious and clean and the bathroom is beautiful too , and there’s a nice kitchenette area. The owner kindly let me drop my bags in the lobby early before check in time. He met at the property and carried my bags up the one flight of stairs. Super friendly and helpful! He also arranged for a cab to meet me at 5:30 am for a trip to the airport. The only single downside to the room was there noise of people partying outside on Saturday night but I did have the window open for ventilation. The location is terrific-right on the mainland side of the pedestrian bridge to the old city so a few minute walk to anywhere in the old city. I’d highly recommend this lovely accommodation!

Very nice apartment with quite good and new furniture, including kitchen. Location in front of the bridge to cross to old city...3 min walking.

Best location just outside the buzz of the old town but walking distance from everything. The appartmznr is spacious, clean, well equipped. Arrival and departure very well organized.

The previous guest must have smoked and even though the apartment was well cleaned the smell remained a bit.

Great location for exploring the old town. Cracking views out of the window. Easy to find (clear instructions from owner). Very clean.

The room is clean and has everything you would need. The location is very tactical in the sense that you can park your car very closeby (with a bit of luck) and that is even free. And still the beautiful inner city is only a few minutes walking distance via the bridge.

Wonderful sea view and right across the pedestrian bridge leading into old town. All parking is free except on the street by the water, just keep in mind that the alleys and parking spots are rather narrow.

Location was perfect, room was beautiful and huge and had a lovely view of the harbour and sunsets. Bed was really big and comfortable.

Maybe a bin in the kitchen, the cleaner may have just forgot to put one in or it may have been hiding somewhere. Wasn't a big issue at all
