I had nothing that I disliked

Property - We stayed in the Villa Harmonis. The villa was off the road, well isolated from any road traffic. The property itself was beautiful - the pool is great for swimming & the villa offers plenty of spaces for reading or relaxing. Our favorite was spending evenings in the open living room space. In terms of facilities - while we didn't cook ourselves in the villa, the kitchen and rooms were well-equipped and plenty of drinking water was provided/ refilled. Breakfast - The great kitchen team prepares the breakfast on-site, with continental and Indonesian options - we liked both! One day, we went on a day trip & the kitchen team came early at 7am so we could have breakfast before leaving - greatly appreciated! Service - Really outstanding! The entire team at the villa was welcoming and responsive to any needs we had (for example, setting up an additional mosquito coil in the evening). We also asked to book a day trip to Nusa Penida at short notice the afternoon before and the entire trip was very smooth and memorable. Location - The location itself is peaceful, separated from the road by a rice field. There are plenty of great restaurant choices (Indonesian, Japanese, European, ...) and cafes within walking distance, including a couple of great upscale places for a nice night out. There are also ATMs and convenience stores right near the villa. We didn't have a car or scooter to get around, so we booked drivers through the villa team for any trips further out (e.g., Ubud). A welcome surprise for us was the new shuttle service the villa offers to get to closer destinations like Canggu beach!

Villa was great probably a few years ago, not anymore. Pool is below standard. At the end got skin rush from chemicals used in the pool. Breakfeast is made somewhere else and brought to you in villa. Menu is boring.Staff was great, boys and girls are probably the best part ov villa experience. Location is not handy at all, if you come with kids you need transport to anywhere. Another big minus is quality of the internet connection, it is shocking. Our son had to attend a few webinars and he couldn't. Bali is trying to establish as a place where you can stay and work , sorry to say that Mayana does not. This is our third time in Bali and it is the worst so far. On top of that Bali is become so expensive now, people are not friendly anymore. Place is 10 times dirtiest compare to pre pandemic.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mayana! The staff were so lovely and ensured our stay was well accommodated. huge pool and garden with lots of sunshine, very clean and comfortable. Location is also great, easy to get to Seminyak or the other streets of Canggu. will definitely come back and stay at Mayana again.

nothing major but the mosquitos in the bedroom and bathroom were a bit of a problem, could use a larger mosquito net in the bedroom so that it covers the edges of the bed.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They ordered pizza for us and brought me a birthday cake which was really thoughtful! The villa itself was amazing and we were able to fully chill out and relax there.

Looking out onto the private pool from the main living area was lovely and peaceful, although it was on the cold side for us so we didn't use it.

This property is amazing, clean and extremely well kept. The staff are so accommodating and did anything with needed, they made our trip very enjoyable and we will definately be back!

Our three-bedroom villa was just divine - the layout was perfect, the bedrooms and particularly the bathrooms were amazing. The staff was lovely and cooked a wonderful breakfast for us at our villa every morning. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Hosts were very very lovely! Easily contactable via whatsapp. To our surprise we received a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bed (1 room was closed off) but the amount of space in the communal areas were great. The bathroom was one of the best we had throughout our different accommodations in Bali, had a traditional outdoor shower feel. They even organised a flower bath on one of the nights for free! So so relaxing. Good for families. Allowed us to have a late check out as well storing our luggage while we went to a tour.

Breakfast wasn't included in the rate like most places in Bali and it was also a simple menu but it was cooked in the apartment by the house keeper which I'd never experienced before! Pool was pretty deep so didn't get to enjoy it. Aircon wasn't very powerful. Please note there are two cats that roam around the property and do meow on the roof every now and then.
