Beach and the staff was fantastic
They need to be more accommodating about towel changes as well as starter products for our stay as far as paper towels, salt and pepper and basic necessities we need.

Excellent beach. Lovely staff for the most part. Bar staff particularly good in the evening.
Poor food choices. VERY expensive for food. €17 for a toasted sandwich. €19 for a burger. €49 for fish of the day. No value options for kids at all. Left a poor taste. Set menu buffet was €47 per head. This was a salad bar, a main and a dessert.
Bedroom in the residence was very basic. Bathroom and "kitchen" were adjacent which is a bit gross. Beds very basic.

The best part of this property is the grounds and beach, which are beautiful. The service is good but inconsistent. The town is quaint with some good restos but unless you have a car, it’s not easy to get to.
The layout of our room in the residence was awkward. You need to go through the main bedroom to get to the kitchen & balcony. The balcony is tiny, a chair barely fits. Not an idea place to hang out at night. It also felt outdated (except for the bathroom which was new). The kitchen was under equipped and if any food is left on the counter the ants get into it. For the price of the room, I was not expecting this.

Flies, we couldn’t fully enjoyed our breakfast on the patio because of flies. I think hotel needs to do something. Location is little bit far from Villasimus, car is more comfortable.

The location of the property is nice.
We stayed in an apartment that was supposed to have 3 rooms. It had two rooms. The third was turned into a room and was so small with poor lighting, a "closet" that went above the two twins beds that you needed a stick arm to get hangers out with and no A/C. We were not provided with paper towels, dish soap or a dish sponge during our four day stay. Good thing we had a rental car in order to go to the store to purchase these things. Fresh towels were never brought, house keeping never came, meaning we had to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper.

This is a beautiful resort with a stunning beach . The kids really enjoyed the beach and the pool being so close. Francesco and his team were excellent with the kids entertainment and they had lovely evening programmes. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back
The kitchen was not well equipped. We were missing sponge and cleaning soap.
The menu at the beach was for lunch was a bit limited.

- Apartment in first floor. Apartments in ground floor are very small and Kitchenette is right in front of WC and between booth rooms. Apartments in first floor have kitchenettes in the balcony, is much better because apartment does not have smells and smokes
Kitchen - The apartment's kitchenette had no basic hygiene conditions, such as washing up liquid and sponge. You need to buy everything if you want to cook, even salt, olive oil, vinegar.. And supermarkets only sell these itens in big sizes.
Wi-Fi - we payed 15 euros to have Wi-Fi in our apartment and the Wi-Fi did not work well...

Relaxing place, no noise at night, beautiful garden!!! Umbrellas on the beach in a safe distance. Beach volleyball, table tennis, deep part of the swimming pool for safe jumpling. We had a stunning sea view. Very practical terase with a kitchen. Comfortable parking. Great for families with kids. Maintained beach, clear sea.
No cleaning during our stay:-( on the beach you meet every 5 minutes annoying sellers with useless stuff:-( Restaurants and shops not in a walking distance, you must use car. No detergents in the kitchen.
