good breakfast. location was great. ac worked well
tried to charge me 250 baht a day for a motorbike. dinner menu was extremely expensive. like 120 baht for some rice. I wanted an iced coffee around mid day and they wouldn't make it for me because the woman was busy watching her iPad.

Bungalows just perfect. Specially the one I booked with sea view.

I liked everything. The beach where it is located is not the nicest in the island although p
It probable depends on the season and the tides.
As suggestion I would try to have motorbikes for rent available to the customers. There was none available anywhere and I think that if the hotel had some for rent to the guests it would have been a nice plus.

sehr sauber. Kleinere Anlage.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, welches auch einiges an Thai Gerichten geboten hat. Und die Gerichte wechselnd an Tagen.
Sehr leckerer Cappuccino (Siebträgermaschine)
Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und hatten alles und das im tollen Design.
Der Poolbereich, Außenbereich fehle es an Wohlfühl Oase. Der Baum welcher beleuchtet wurde reichte dafür nicht.
Die Kunstoff Stühle, Tische.
Insgesamt schon eine tolle Anlage, aber trotzdem verschenktes Potenzial.
Ein tolles Garten Konzept würde gut passen.

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Looks more like a budget boutique hotel, nice deco and hippy design.
The only thing is room electricity is powered by access cards and there are no lights at the corridor to even open the door. Lots of mosquitoes and sandflies, but I think it’s everywhere on the island. Breakfast is just basic, nothing much.

Nitiporn resort is a wonderful resort to stay on the Island and right on the beach and so lovely and quiet My bungalow was so lovely and spotlessly clean and so comfortable and all facilities were provided that you need and want I loved my open roof shower room The swimming pool is lovely too
The staff are lovely Annie on reception is so helpful and sweet and always has a smile for you like all the staff
I shall definitely be staying there again when I return to Koh Phayam Thank-you to you all 😍

the property is lovely it’s on the way into the property the rubbish along the roads and also a lot of places are closed down it’s very run down outside the hotel

Good location, The staff were friendly, capable and attentive . Our villa was perfect and roomy with a big fresh clean bed. The washroom and shower was excellent with tons of room.. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and most importantly the coffee was hot and tasty. We would stay here again.

But service and how staff talk to customers - this hotel has worst service we have experienced in hotels in Thailand and overall staff do not have service mind nor attitutude towards customers. They are rude.

All the staff at the resort were very friendly and caring, happy to help with any request. I fell and injured my ankle on the way to the island. Prang provided ice and cream to help with the swelling and pain. We would not have been able to enjoy our time on Koh Phayam with out this care and help. I can't tell you how much I appreciated her help. The Restaurant at the resort is excellent with an extensive menu for lunch and dinner, with the buffet breakfast also providing a wide array of options. Large, comfy bed with new, crisp, white sheets that was wonderful. Even on a rain day, we were perfectly happy at the resort!
