Such a stunning view in a very peaceful and beautiful area close to the city. The owner and her son are so sweet and accommodating. We left a our licenses there and they offered to courier it to us to our next destination.

There were some slight discomforts, such as a shower with very poor shower pressure and because our room looked over the shared balcony it could be awkward when others where out there. But for the price, no real complaints

Stay in Holiday Stay Inn was one of my best experiences of years of travelling and living throughout different parts of Asia. Chinta is a very intelligent, warm hearted and delicate woman, who created home for all who are seeking for it. Her house is not simple homey, but walking into it, you feel that you walked into a real, clean, thoughtfully organised home, that is designed to make you happy. Big gratitude for all, I am looking forward to be back soon!

The lady that owns the place was so nice. Even though we left to early for breakfast, she gave us breakfast to go. The room was big and the view was amazing.

Very friendly and good place in the hills above Kandy. it’s very clean and has everything you need. The owner and her son are very caring and helpful. Tuktuks were arranged for me, to avoid scam (which is unfortunately very usual in Kandy). Definitely recommended!

Everything was perfect!

The location was on the hill so I could overlook The Kandy city from the balcony. It was amazing view in daytime and night time as well. They also provide a free pick-up from the Kandy city to there. It was no difficulties to get there. Hotel is very clean and nice atmosphere. There were cute dogs and a cat welcome you. I felt so peaceful. They are always kind and help me a lot. I was traveling by myself and came to Kandy with no plan. So I took a Tuktuk tour they recommend which was reasonable price. The driver Pradeep was nice guy who took me anywhere I want. He flexibly arrange my tour. Especially the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage was very nice place. It takes one hour and half from Kandy but it’s worth going. He took me there at a good timing to see elephants bath time at a river. I highly recommend to stay there. I definitely come back if I come to Kandy again!

The best thing in Kandy, the stay made me never want to leave, the view is AMAZING . Serenity and beauty everywhere. a bit far from center and uphill, but that was perfect for an Isolated experience far from the hustle of the city. Owners were super nice to us, they made us breakfast takeaway the day we’re leaving and helped us a lot. Very Very good value of money.

Amazing quiet place with an great view on Kandy and the mountains. The room was comfortable with big beds, the Internet was fast. The kitchen was well stocket we could make the the and the coffee any time. The host helped us to buy tickets on the train to Ella (there was no more tickets on the train station). Living the hotel early morning we received hot breakfast wich we bring with us to the train. We loved our time in this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The place is very relaxing. The hosts were amazing and took care of us well. It was our first night in Srilanka. The hosts helped us to plan our 1 week tour more effectively. We are so glad we spend the first night there. They provided us many travel tips. Planning to visit this place again before leaving.

Very supportive and kind hosts. We booked the studio apartment on ground floor. It also has tiny kitchen. Delicious traditional breakfast. Also we asked for dinner and it was great too. For two of us the charge was $ 12. The host arranged transport to pick us from the train station. So we got to the place directly without any problem. The tuktuk fare was around $ 1.5 and with the same driver next day we went on a city tour. The driver was very friendly and flexible.

It is really hard to get to, impossible to get around without hiring a tuk tuk driver. The bathroom wasn’t that nice.
