clean, close to plaza armas. very accommodating staff. you can leave your packs for free, also can take shower. view is amazing.

the location is uphill so after doing tours, it take some additional effort to get to your room

This felt like our second home in Cusco, love all the plants, roof terrace and of course the dogs Marley and Gasper. Beautiful views over Cusco from the roof terrace and room. Really friendly staff helped us with booking tours and laundry, and storing our bags whilst we did the salkantay trek. Thank you for everything would recommend to anyone staying in Cusco 😊

Rooftop view is nice Staffs are very helpful in their working hours. Large rooms and beds

No heater Location is high so it is very challenging for people to reach the hostal especially if you are suffering from altitude sickness. So many stairs. Stairs gling to hostal and stairs inside the hostal. No elevator. No windows in our rooms and its feels so suffocating. Wifi is not stable. No connection most of the time. Especially at night almost no connection the whole night. No heater, its freezing inside the room. Front desk is not 24hours, for people who might be suffering in altitude sickness must think twice

The staff was very helpful, the location was great - very close to main Plaza de Armas - and the rooms were very comfortable and cozy. I was able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time.

That the main door closes at a certain times at night and you can't go back in until 5am.

Super friendly staff, always going the extra mile. We loved the roof top bar with literally the best view, especially for sun-down. Lovely decorated with loads of plants and a lot of space to chill outside your Hotelroom. We can definitely recommend a stay.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms are rather minimalistic but fit the price.

The place is close to the center of Cusco. Lots of restaurants nearby. Awesome and friendly staff. Laundry service and a drinks and food on the terasse.

Beautiful view from the terrace. A lot of common areas, a fireplace that was handled by the staff if you asked for cool nights. Pretty rooms with nice views. Staff helped us when we reported a stink in bathroom by bleaching the whole bathroom. The restaurant had a pretty nice offer. Close to centre with a few restaurants just a few steps away.

Laundry was pretty expensive. Bathroom in our room had a openable window (the only source of ventilation) towards a corridor which was a little awkward. The breakfast was okay, they had a few combos with mostly eggs and bread. The coffee was poor. Not their fault but you have to walk some stairs to get there and with Cusco’s altitude it’s very tiring.

The staff is an absolute dream, they will go out of their way to help you and answer all your questions.

curfew from midnight which meant we couldn’t stay out in the evening our bathroom was very damp which made our room smell there was no access to a kitchen so we had to eat out for every meal

The overall Hostel is very nice. The rooftop terrace gives a beautiful view over the city. There are several areas where you can sit and relax. The team is very helpful and supportive. Laundry service available. For breakfast you can choose between 6 combos (10-15 Soles). They have also other food k in their rooftop restaurant. Your can reach the Plaza de Armas in ca. 5 min by going down a nice path.

After my booking I received lots of messages. Some of the messages where inconsistent with the others. I was told that my reservation with booking is not valid and after sharing my email address, I received a link to a payment process where I had to pay additional fees to confirm my reservation. The access to the hostel from the Plaza de Armas is via an uncomfortable staircase which you need to climb. Access is only possible from 5 am to 12 pm - don't party at all or really party.

Location was amazing - just a few mins on foot from Plaza de Armas. Accomodation was basic and a little cold but considering the price - very good value for money and a very good choice if you are a backpacker in Cusco. Also - friendly and super helpful staff (even allowed us to keep our large luggage for a couple of days when we went to Machu Picchu) and the terrace with amazing views of Cusco :)

A very nice place with a great view and lovely rooms.

The curfew was unnecessary and frustrating. It took the freedom out of our stay. It's hard to know if you're going to stay out past midnight until 10 or 11pm (when a fun looking band is just setting up at the cozy bar you've found) and by that time the front desk staff have already gone home and no one is there to notify so you have to return as to not be locked out until 5am. It didn't make sense to us on why you would have an electronic key pad for guests to use but not enable it at all hours. Booking online, it said breakfast was included. When we arrived, they told us only one of our two rooms had breakfast included. They asked multiple times if we wanted to cancel our stay because of this, we found this to be very odd. While overall the place was very clean, the bathrooms had poor ventilation and very moldy ceilings.
