The people were very helpful and caring, Erika was very nice and made our stay amazing and super comfortable, she went over and beyond to take care of us and helped us to get a car rental with a local company who was represented by David who was very nice and caring person. Amazing experience

Very peaceful bungalows. Erika was AWESOME as well as the rest of the staff. Someone is always available at the outdoor office if you need anything. I loved just sitting out with them and talking about their beautiful home in the DR! Easy walk to Sosua and Alicia Beach, grocery store, shopping, eating, transportation. Safe, always a guard at the entrance and on the property. Enough kitchen stuff to make simple meals to save money. We made pasta. Price was fantastic for relaxing stay in Sosua! THANK YOU Erika!! If we're in DR again, we will be back!
Sleeping in the bed in the back room (more bedroom like room, no door though, it's more like an open studio/bungalow feeling, which we loved) was more comfortable. The air conditioning unit was back there and it was an actual bed. I slept in the front room. There is a ceiling fan but no air conditioning unit, so it would get warm, but it would cool down after a while of having the air on so not a big deal. The bed was not comfortable, but that was to be expected as I was just sleeping on a pull out futon that would normally be used as a couch. I could have slept in the queen bed with my daughter but opted on my own bed space :)

The bungalow, grounds and swimming pool are clean. The bungalow and patio are spacious.
They maintained good security that cared about us when we went on an excursion to La Vega.
Everything in the bungalow worked as it should.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for couples, families and solo travelers.

Everything about this property is fantastic. It is close to everything but very secluded. Every time I visit I stay here and I plan to continue doing so.
It is honestly very hard to find something not to like about this property. And I am being honest when I say that.

Wonderful accommodation! Elisabetta was kind and very helpful, she gave us bunch of tips where to go and what to do. Spotless clean with regular cleaning service. Also, very nice area, just few minutes to great restaurants and bars :)

Absolutely everything! Elisabetta, the host , was so lovely and helpful! She made our stay exceptional from the beginning to the end. I can't thank her enough. Elisabetta send a taxi to pick us up from bus station when we arrived and on departure brought us to the station herself. She let us check in early and check out later. Helped us with great advices, to rent a car, etc.
The bungalow was very comfortable and peaceful, very well equipped - there's anything you could possibly need, spotless clean..Two words : PERFECT PLACE to stay. Felt like home

The location is perfect. It's walking distance from everything but at the same time quiet and away from everything. The staff is great and the room/apartment have everything you need. I will continue to stay here when I come back. Elisabetta is great! 😎

Everything else besides the wifi strength away from the pool area. Charles the property manager was a great host and the other staff members were great and very accommodating. I plan to return on my next visit.
I stayed in a bungalow near the rear of the property and the wifi signal was weak at certain times. It is stronger the closer you are to the swimming pool.

Loved my stay at Bungalow Natura Village location is perfect walking distance to both Playa Sosua and Playa Alicia as well as the towns nightlife, but also off the main street and away from the noise and craziness. Beta and her staff are all very kind and always willing to help.

Everything was great. The Host (Elisabetta) is fantastic, nice, helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed staying there very much.
