Firstly, I have travelled to 43 countries and I work in the hotel industry and this was by far the worst experience! We tried to check in at check in time of 3pm for our 3 night reservation, the receptionist had no idea what was going on, and each room is owned by different people so we had to wait for the property owner to get back to us. We called the property owner who did pick up, and they assured us that the housekeeper is on their way and will be there in "a minute" to check us in and show us our room. We wait for 2 hours before the housekeeper came, and the room still wasn't ready. Housekeeper only just started to clean the room when we met her at 5pm. Shortly afterwards, the housekeeper hands me her phone to speak with the owner and she asked me to LIE and tell the owner that we were happily checked in (which we were not), we were still waiting for our room to be cleaned.. When the housekeeper finally came to show us the room, she still had to finish cleaning the bathroom while we were unpacking and didn't have any privacy and it was 7:30pm. We missed our dinner reservations, our "view" was the parking lot and dumpsters so we didn't use the balcony. Mirror was broken on the closet doors, one light wasn't working in the bathroom. We asked for a quiet room, the room was close to the pool where they had a DJ playing loud music into the night. Then there were BUGS crawling on the floors and on the dining table!!! I messaged the owner the first night that we were going to leave a day earlier because of the bugs, he refused to refund us the last night even though we didn't stay the last night and the room literally had bugs. The housekeeper our second day was interrogating us about leaving early and made us feel super uncomfortable. Absolute disgrace for the hotel and travel industry. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This property was perfect!! Close to everything , and the staff was very nice. Cant say enough about how wonderful Pauline is (local contact) ...love this place and will book it every time if available! 😍🇯🇲

very very friendly from the staff and guests, the property seems to attract really nice, easy going persons. super impressed that the very few cats we saw, were spayed or neutered, happy and friendly

I can’t think of anything I disliked

Pauline was an excellent hostess during our stay at the hotel. She was always on hand to answer any of our questions and went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasurable. The studio apartment provided everything we needed, most notably a fridge/freezer and microwave. Although the bathroom was a small, the shower pressure was excellent and soap was provided. We were travelling with a 10 month old and were more than happy to find that the hotel provides a travel cot for safe sleeping. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price and will deliver to your room. Although if you fancy something different there is a supermarket, KFC and Burger King within a few minutes walk. The hotel is nice and secure with entry and exit gates and security personnel present. If you need to take a covid test there is also a doctor's office around the corner. There was free WiFi all over the property.

- There was no entertainment around the pool or at the beach - The shower temperature was hard to control and wasn't consistent. The water also sprayed everywhere out of the showerhead - The "free toiletries" was a bar of soap but this was a minor issue

I was on a no meal plan. The room was very nice, clean and comfy. Also loved the fact that I had the option to make tea.

The only challenge I had was that the water did not run out off the shower stall readily. Apparently the drainage system is compromised so it took a while. Also there were black particles that came up out of the drain and floated around while the water was slowly draining away.

Everything was nice that was nice location nice but hard to find and Miss Pauline was absolutely great.

Couldn't find the location wasn't easy and no access to the beach

The studio rental was on the ground floor, which was great as I had two suitcases, so didn’t have any stairs to navigate. I like that there is a restaurant on site and there are a number of restaurants close by, if cooking is not desired. Miss Pauline checked daily to ensure everything was alright and dealt with any issues. There is a laundry service and a small pool also.

There is nothing I disliked about the property.

great location, staff were friendly, and the apartment was ok. it was for one night.

I appreciate the fact the owner moved us out to another room after I makes this request the other room was much better but still leave us with a bad experience

The attendant attitude wasn't at all pleasant and unprofessional in her response when I inform her the time we would have arrived and her response was quiet talkative and unhelpful making us feel undervalued as if she is very disappointed because she want to go home when we call her it has been been quiet early around 6:30- 7pm our flights landed at 16 :40 and because of the pandemic procedure i wasn't sure what time we would have been out the airport , we even inform them via emails days before our arrival way long before the time we might arrived to the hotel and there as been no issues then .The hotel has been infested with ants , the shower water wasn't draining and the hotel as been infested with mostiquo my infant daughter was not able to have her bath ,I have asked the owner to refunded us back for one night and he refused our request .

I stayed here for just one night. The property felt safe and is in a great location. The staff was exceptional.

Location was perfect directly in the centre of ocho Rios. and big up miss Pauline for being such a awesome lady!

. My room was right next to the swimming pool, gets a little bit noisy at night some times. . I wanted to have a (sea view room) I didn't get that was a bit disappointed.

I love the Area,the hostess Pauline was very welcoming and pleasant she explain everything about the area and hotel policies Cleary, she did her job well in cleaning and making my family comfortable with a smile, I will definitely book this hotel again for vacation, as I give my review now am trying to book this place for a 3 days now.

The beach is close behind this hotel.

The location is good, its right im the town.

Some guest coming to the facility are noisey and security and other staff personnels are powerless as guest realize the breakdown in management they dont respond to staff.

I loved everything Pauline Barrett was an amazing host and she surely made the stay enjoyable.
