The hospitality is superb. Chamara is kind and always smiling, you may ask any kind of help and he will find a solution. Garden is beautiful and clean. Pool is perfect and also clean. It is property which is surrounded locals properties, you can see how locals live their daily lives. Grocery and beach are 5 minutes walk away.

You have to know that there are openings above the windows where mosquitoes, flies, insects and geckos can get into the rooms :) and railway is also close by. But those things are negative only if you allow yourself to be disturbed.

The villa provides coziness and comfort, so you don't want to go anywhere outside of it, and when you come back you want to dive right in the pool. The villa looks especially beautiful at night when the lights come on. I also want to note that the owner of the villa is always in touch, and can always help or somehow assist. Chamara keeps everything in excellent condition, keeps an eye on the yard and pool every day and cleaned the premises every weekend.

absolutely great place to stay! Chamara and his family are so nice and helpful, we had such a good time there. Place was perfectly clean and has everything you need (we stayed in the upper apartment). There are A/C in both bedrooms, the living room has only a fan which was no problem for us. A lot of space too! Perfect if you travel with little kids (as we did). Location is perfect, in a nice little and quiet backstreet just outside of Hikka. 5 min walk to the main road and the beach with one of the best beach bars in town (Thambili). 10 min Tuktuk ride to the train station. Thank you very much for everything Chamara! We would love to come back next time:)

the internet was a bit slow (as it is everywhere in the country, best to get a local Sim card anyway:))
