Okay place for short stay

It is a nice location and the Franklin unit has a great view over Port Philip bay and the park. The place is fairly clean with nicely set two bedrooms. The checking process is simple and I appreciated the free of charge parking.

The place is fairly noisy and it seems the noise is in that unit exactly (stayed in the place but other units before). There is a strong industrial noise (vent?) that is very noticeable starting from 7am till approx 5pm. Then, the water flow (hot water) is very slow... again, not great.

Great location, close to transport

Instructions on how / where to collect keys was less then ideal. If booking through booking.com people should be prompted to check their website for instructions as it doesn’t all come to your email. You have to log back into booking.com to find instructions.
