The breakfast is amazing. The location obviously beautiful as well. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Make sure you have your translation app on you or your stay here might be difficult. Its still worth coming for 1 day/night only because when the crowds leave you get the place to yourself with other guests. The rooms are very clean.

The photos depicting the rooms are not accurate. There are no balconies in your rooms. It is run down and damp. The shower and toilet is not seperate from the bedroom so there is no privacy whatsoever. Think about that when you come with a friend. You have to pay an extra 650,000 dong per person to go on the gondola to get to the hotel. Most staff cant speak English and that is across the whole park as well. Information is limited. They ran out of english maps about the park and where to go. The beds were the worst and caved in the middle. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours like they were at the end of your bed. Fyi To empty water out of your sink there is a lever behind one of the taps. I don’t usually write terrible reviews but this is just so others can prepare themselves on what to expect and deal with it :) Its still worth coming regardless of these issues though!

The literature themes and events decorated the rooms and reception area - themes and photos were universal novels, short stories and writers. You really were surrounded by creativity.

It was magnificent

Room is clean. There’s many hotel buildings inside Ba Na Hills. Our restaurant for breakfast was a little bit far but food is decent. My dad had a flu in the middle of the night and a nurse came within 5minutes to give him some cold medicine. Very friendly and english speaking staff.

Because there’s many hotel buildings and they are not connected internally, it’s a little bit tough for people with wheelchair (ie grandma). Roads are not smooth as it is stone pavement.

เราเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวโดยพักบนบาน่าฮีล แต่ช่วงเวลา 9.00 เป็นต้นไป จะเริ่มมีนักท่องเที่ยวที่ไม่ได้พักด้านบนขึ้นมาเที่ยวเยอะมาก ทำให้บรรยากาศในการถ่ายรูป หรือ ชมสถานที่ค่อนข้างแย่ อยากให้ปรับเวลาสำหรับคนที่ไม่ได้พักบนบาน่าฮีลลง เช่น สามารถขึ้นมาเที่ยวได้ ในช่วง 10.00 เป็นต้นไป และ กลับก่อนเวลา 16.00 เป็นต้น (หากสามารถทำได้)

Everything. The suite was beyond beautiful. We had the whole entire place to ourselves at night and for 2 hrs in the morning. Room decorated gorgeous.
