Great location for being in the middle of Lamai for all the restaurants and bars. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The room safe could have been positioned higher than what it was, you had to get on your knees to open it.

Absolutely loved this hotel and would return in a heartbeat. Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Our room was spacious with a huge comfy bed. The shower was also fantastic and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day in the sun. Lovely pool and gardens - very well maintained. The hotel is also very well located, step out on to the main street and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The beach is also an easy 5 /10 minute walk away.

There was nothing we disliked, it's one of the best hotels we've stayed in. However, just a couple of tiny things: It would have been nice to have an outdoor light on the balcony / patio to enable you to sit outside on a night and read. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great for applying makeup. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear music and other noise from nearby bars on an evening. However, I wear ear plugs and sleep like a baby anyway so I can't say it bothered me. If you're a light sleeper though or prefer absolute tranquility then this maybe isn't the hotel for you.

Convenient rooms arrangement. It looks like every guest will have the same availability to the pool and breakfast area. All houses are located around the pool. We lived in the separate house with two rooms and kitchen. There were all needed cooking utensils.

Staff were nice and room was ok and a decent size.

The hotel is on the back of a nightlife strip so if you want a decent nights sleep, DO NOT BOOK. The hotel is fine if you want to party all night, I wouldn’t say the pool area is particularly nice.

central location was great and room was comfortable and clean. appreciated the room upgrade.

check in process was quite slow and no aircon or fan in reception makes it uncomfortable. the construction noise from surrounding areas also not great.

Breakfast could be improved a little bit. There wasn't a lot of choice on the buffet section

great value for money, comfortable and central location. the breakfast is great, good variety and buffet style, they also prepared us a take away breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. the staff is great and the accomodation is super clean and well maintained.

unfortunately due to its location you can hear loud music from the bars, but the acoustics inside the room are good enough to be able to sleep and obviously this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Room set up, ie ,TV not in opposite of the sofa. Big mirror in the toilet not in the front but a side.

The resort was very relaxing and was well maintained or recently renovated. Rooms and bed were huge. Bathroom very nice

The bars next to the hotel were a bit sketchy and played loud music throughout the night. Once inside no complaints about this though.

The pool area is nice and you’re quite close to the beach.

A few things. 1) There a lots of mosquitoes because of all the greenery on the hotel premises. If you’re quite sensitive to mosquitoes like me, you can’t even go to breakfast without bug spray before getting bitten. 2) The hotel lies next to a street with many bars that play very loud music until the early morning. This music and noise kept us awake multiple nights until 2-3 am. 3) The hotel staff is not fluent in English and you should therefore not count on them for any tips or recommendations on what to do on Samui.

nice little hotel for family or couples to stay the bungalow is nicer than the regular rooms here

The room is amazing big and comfy. The staff helps you all the time. Good breakfast I would recommend this place with no doubt.

Staff was amazing especially Lek. She arranged anything we asked with a smile and had no issue. Cleaning staff was great as well. We had a tap leaking, they fixed it immediately .Breakfast was great. Beautiful pool. Very convenient in Lamai.

.Only issue we had is that property is in need of maintenance. Other than that our stay was great.

The best part about this resort is it's atmosphere. The outside of your room is surrounded by trees, plants and birds flying around. Except for some nightlife during the evening it's very quiet and peaceful. Bathroom is clean, everything working and is very spacious. Staff is always smiling, helpful nothing to complain about.

I guess the breakfast is ok but nothing to be very excited about. Menu to choose from does not change on mostly includes various versions of eggs. TV in the room is quite old and could use an upgrade. Also quite a few mosquitos flying around because of all the plants/trees and water around. It's not that bad at all just get a spray.

Nice clean hotel with good facilities (nice pool, gym, scooter rental, laundry). Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good - near restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Good option with children as well. We were traveling with our 1 year old.
