Wszystko mi się nie podobało bo nie mogło się podobać gdyż nie przekazano mi kluczy, nie mogłem skorzystać z opłaconego wcześniej obiektu. Poza tym do dzisiaj a minęło już 2 tygodnie nikt z Booking.com nie skontaktował się ze mną w sprawie odzyskania poniesionych kosztów i stosownego zadośćuczynienia. Nikt mnie nie raczył do dzisiaj nawet przeprosić za zaistniałą sytuację. Portal Booking.com zawiódł mnie na całej linii. Od dzisiaj nie polecam usług tego portalu.

Everything worked as promised. Good location,close to everything. We got some fruits and bottled water. Everything was extremely clean, nicely decorated place. We would be happy to return.

Even if we rent the entire apartment, it was only one room, because the other rooms were locked.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable with all the necessary contents for a pleasant. Anna Thermal Baths are right next to the apartment😊.

It was cold outside and the heating was strange. The radiator was on and off.

it was very close to the city centre and walking distance from most of the restaurants

we had to pay extra to be able to use the air conditioner which wasn’t mentioned prior to arrival
