Everything was really Good

The location is in the heart of touristic area of Larnaca - in case you need good access to cafes/bars and nightlife the apartment would be perfect fit... and tradeoff is - hard to sleep in case you want a calm rest. Lazuli service is great. Stayed in several apartments managed by the company - Lazuli becomes a sign of good quality for us.

amazing location with lots of restaurants and the beach right in front of the building. Very well equipped apartment, beautiful modern design, clean. The staff was also extremely helpful and nice.

the elevator stopped working more than once and people got stuck in it. also, there was some construction work going on in another apartment which was a bit noisy sometimes.

Excellent location and it is 100% what its name says it is: "beachfront apartment". Great sea view! Very clean place, nice facilities make you feel at home and offer you an enjoyable stay. They have a great guest support team always willing to help with anything you ask them for. Also a reserved parking spot in a nearby parking place. Very satisfied and we are looking forward to staying there again soon.

Hard to find anything negative to say.

The apartments were nice and comfortable. There is everything you need for good stay. Staff was always ready to help, we have received answers to our questions very quickly. Wonderful view and convenient location.

It was little bit noisy, but it is frontline and very nice view. And, unfortunately, we did not have parking place and we left car on the private parking and additionally paid.

Unbelievable location. Right on the beach.

The location and the view are fantastic. All the rooms are facing the seaside. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The interior is pleasant. In general it was clean in the apartment when we checked in.

In general, the design and plan of the apartment is weird (tiny necessary spaces, together with huge corridor of no use). The kitchen is too tiny, you shall not rely on it to cook during the stay. The microwave was located very high, so that even my husband could hardly reach it. The bed linen and towels were just terrible, of a very poor quality and there was no cover for blanket. So, for those fastidious ones this will be tough.

At night it is too noisy because of the music came down from the bar.

Sparkling clean. Seriously , its SPARKLING CLEAN! Internet was working perfectly, tv had tons of channels to choose from, a/c units are new and cleaned, beds were super comfortable, bathroom was great also!!

The building needs a little love - for instance, the elevator is not in the best condition and could use a good clean up!
