The hotel was very central. It was clean and comfortable an̈d the staff were very helpful and polite.
I'm afraid there was the smell of garlic from the restaurant opposite the hotel every day which wasn't very pleasant apart from that, everything else about the Frangiorgio Hotel was really nice. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

I loved the location.
Being a Hilton client, i was a little disappointed with the hotel itself of course, the hotel rates as a 3 star whereas Hilton is usually a 5. Breakfast was especially disappointing after having stayed at the Hilton Nicosia. The room I was assigned was also directly below the breakfast lounge. Could hear the scraping chairs above beginning at 6:30 am, not right especially when you"ve been strong armed by Booking.com to book the suite with Jacuzzi tub because it's supposedly the last room available. Plus, such a room should be equipped with an iron. Experienced quite a drama with trying to get an iron. This should not be when paying 125 euros a night! Will not be booking through Booking.com again. Terrible pressure sales tactics. Hitel needs to train it's staff better in Customer Service. Don't make your customers come down to the lounge, TWICE, to get an iron. Outrageous!! That was one staff member. The others were, check in & check out staff were fair. Just didn't agree with the room I was assigned. Nit sure if that was done on purpose either?? as I am a black woman. Just wanted to mention that.

Excellent location, close to the promenade and basically everything. Standard continental breakfast but still good quality. Pool on the roof is also nice. Small but nice.
The street next to the hotel is pretty noisy.

The location is very well!! 7 min away from the beach and the center by walk! Not so far from the airport (15 min by car).
The hotel is very clean. The room is cosy and big. Close to restaurants and different facilities! There is a mini market at the hotel itself, a restaurant and and a coffee shop just beside the hotel as well in case you don't feel like walking or going out.
The room is not soundproof, and as it was on the main street, you could hear noises after midnight coming from the street or the nearby restaurant.

The room. Totally a disaster!!! They put us on the middle floor. I don't think that was room for guests. It seemed more like a stuff room.
The air wasn't enough even yo breathe. Without air conditioner, we couldn't stay in there. We had no balcony and no light. The bathroom wasn't very clean.
The stuff didn't welcomed us.
We paid too much and this room didn't worth it.

Location was alright. Easy to get to from the airport.
First room I got had a strong cigarette smell. Got a different room though which solved that issue.
Safe can be opened with 000000 despite having set an individual combination. So clearly they haven’t bothered changing the default code.
Aircon did not work. Appreciate it is winter but it ended up being quite hot in the room at night. Found the road too noisy to sleep with an open window/balcony.
I raised these issues when I checked out after one night but did not even get an apology. Followed up with an email but again no apology or gesture; just a comment that they will inform management.

The location of the hotel was central and close to the Marina
The mini bar had used water in it, upon notifying staff of this, they advised it would be changed; it was not. The hotel has a rooftop pool, this was dirty and not safe to swim in, nor was the pool area clean or tidy. The bathroom stunk of sewage and although the room was cleaned daily the bed sheets were not changed. It is all lacking in details, which could have made such a better stay. In addition to this, if anyone staying on floor five and intends laying in after 7am…don’t, as guests who are dining in the breakfast room above will wake you with the scraping and screeching of their chairs across the floor. A simple suggestion of chair leg covers to mute this would be a solution for this.

Lovely clean hotel ,breakfast great lots of choices. Downside no restaurants to eat lunch or dinner . But plenty of restaurants near by or can order food in. Close to the beach 5 mins to walk

We liked the location it's near the bay.
The staff was at most times really unhelpful. They didn't know what's near by. Couldn't recommend on anything and didn't give any information about the city. Parking was problematic.

Excellent hotel well situated and close to all the shops, cafe and dining places anyone needs. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and this is where you get the busses to other parts of Cyprus for 7 euros return. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate and spacious and have a nice balcony, Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot food and continental and no matter what time you arrived there was plenty of everything, I will return to this hotel again in the future 10/10

The breakfast was until 10.30 am, but at 10 am all pastries, pancakes, scrambled eggs were gone and not replenished.
I think the room should have complementary water for guests - there were 2 small bottles of water but charged for €1 each.
No parking for vehicles.
