the pool!!!!

the sofa bed was quite dirty!! we didn’t get any bed sheet for that. and it was too hard and lumpy to sleep on. the pool is huge but the water could have been filtered better than it was. the pool facilities are very old and need reparation.

the whole place needs an upgrade ....everything was old and falling apart ....stained ,dirty .....was meant to have cooking facilities ...iron ....garden view ....had to phone and ask for pots and pans and an iron both arrived late the next day ...

A nice place to relax ,walking distance to 7 11. Convenient to wait a Tuktuk going to any places.

The room is located in front of the resort pool. The scene from the room is nice seeing the falls. The beds are comfy. There are sufficient toiletries and kitchenette. There is 7-11 in front of the resort.

The facilities are quite old. We saw the cockroach in the toilet when we arrived.

Very clean and tidy, in great location not far from the beach, pool lovely and spacious...will be back again

My kids loved the pool and pool activities . It’s safe and shallow and have slides and other PlayStations for the kids . The living room in the apartment we booked was spacious and comfortable . The host was excellent This place is good ‘if and only if ‘u r traveling with children who would love pool activities

The mattress was so bad and broken in places , I got a back pain in just one night . The bed room is too small and cramped .

The apartment was spacious and had a patio leading out to the pool.

The pan had no handle so was difficult to use. The parking is atrocious. It is impossible to find a parking space in the evening and you have to park on the road outside. If you have a big car, you can easily get blocked in as car park parallel to the building opposite the parking spaces.

The apartment was fine a little tatty, the sofa bed was dirty and the bedding was not ironed. I am not happy that I was quoted a price from Trivago, who passed me on to yourselves Booking.com and the same price was shown until I had made my payment and booked the apartment only then to be told that their were no refunds and that additional payments would have to be paid on arrival which brought the total cost to almost double. I would very much like an explanation why this was hidden until after I had booked and confirmed payment. Now covid travel restrictions seem to be more relaxed I will be living and working in South East Asia between 6 and 8 months of the year and if honest will be very reluctant to use Booking.com again unless I receive an explanation why I was charged almost double.

Bedding wasn't ironed so looked very tatty and almost unclean. Sofa bed was old and dirty. The price I had to pay was almost double the figure quoted and i was only given the information that additional cost at the resort were payable after I had booked and confirmed my reservation and payment giving me no choice.
