Estupendo hotel, relativamente cerca de la estación de shinagawa y pegado a una boca de metro. Estupenda ubicación y estupendo trato de los servicios de recepción y de desayuno. El desayuno muy variado y rico!! De 10!!1 Para repetir!!

Rooms way to small for us and a little to far from Shinjuku

We love this hotel as it's slightly big for usual standard Japanese hotels. we booked 2 different rooms and the twin room is pretty cool, have separate bath & toilet. The room is well equipped with washing machine and microwave makes it a perfect stay for a long holiday. The coffee @ the lobby under the amenities was perfect and also other amenities free to take for travellers. We ate breakfast and selection was just nice. Hotel staffs were very friendly and there's a nearby convenient store less than 5min walk from the hotel. The train station less than 5mins walk, and there's a direct train to Narita airport so this makes it a perfect stay from/to airport. Thank you Tokyu Stay Takanawa! Will definitely come back again!!!

The room is clean and well equiped. Even a microwave and a washing machine is available. It is located just near the subway station so easy access for the tourist. The staff team is really nice and give all necessary support.

Firstly, cleaning only for towel change and rubbish collection. I would appreciate if they can do some basic house keeping like floor cleaning regarding we stayed 5 nights. It's better we can have more choice for the breakfast.

Close to trains, convenience store and still a quiet neighborhood (but with some small restaurants). Lovely to walk to the Shrine only 5 mins away. Room was spacious by Tokyo standards

Das Hotel liegt an der Yamanote Line was für uns als JR Pass Besitzer sehr günstig war. Von der Takanawa Gateway Station kommt man in beide Richtungen und ist schnell an allen Sightseeing Spots. Man konnte regelmäßig neue Handtücher und Müllentleerung anfragen und das war sehr praktisch bei 7 Tage Aufenthalt. Wir konnten unsere Koffer zum Hotel liefern lassen und bei der Abreise konnten die Koffer in der Lobby bleiben bis unser Flug ging.

Die Zimmergröße könnte etwas größer. Mit 2 mittelgroßen Koffer war es schon sehr eng. Es gibt nur wenige Restaurants drumherum, aber das war für uns kein Problem und wir wussten es vorher. Der Ramenshop in der Straße ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great amenities, easy subway access to the the airports as well as into the hotspots of the city (especially convenient even with large suitcases), places to eat nearby, friendly staff, and they have a cafe for breakfast and lunch downstairs.
