Safe area and parking. Hotel service was very friendly and helpful .
There was no in room fridge , the pool was also closed for maintenance

En la página web tenían un precio de 55 usd y me lograron 103 dólares. No lo recomiendo. Nunca volvería al hotel. Nunca es Nunca.
No me gustó el abuso del hotel, no tienen alimentación, el desayuno es muy malo y limitado. La pileta un asco. Hay moscas en el restaurante. En la página web indican que tiene gimnasio y no es cierto. Dicen tener servicio de ascensor y tienen un malacate muy inseguro. Muy mala experiencia. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL , SON ABUSIVOS, la relación precio- calidad no es consistente. Adicionalmente, al frente pasa una calle y el tráfico es constante, en la parte baja la alquilan, y la bulla es permanente.

Hotel limpio, bonito, tiene parqueo
1. Si te dan la habitación con ventana a la calle el ruido es insoportable ya que hay una gasolinera enfrente en donde ponen música a todo volumen y se oye el ruido de los carros, deberían de cambiar poco a poco las ventanas a ventanas anti ruido
2. Un empleado de los del front desk muy antipático
3. Tomamos una habitación matrimonial pero la frazada que había en el cuarto era individual
4. Tarifa muy elevada para un hotel que pudiera costar la mitad por su relación calidad-precio

The location was only 5 blocks away from city center. The restaurant next door Ban Ban was great.
We did not get sleep our room was next to street was loud throughout the night. One night a Meriachi band set up next to the gas station across the street and played through the night.

Location was very close to the main downtown centre like a 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries. Just a walk away from the cathedral, the national theater. Also this hotel is about 30min drive to Lake coatepeque. And there is security on the premises.
And love the bathroom walls all glass, it's a cool look.
The morning traffic noise. It was loud because the hotel is so centrally located you hear all the sounds of the motors early in the morning. But the hotel does provide ear plugs, I recommend using them if you want to sleep in..but everything else was perfect.

All of the staff were terrific. Place was spotless. Nice pool, neat little sauna, good breakfast, modern. Cool 2 way mirror in the shower. Good location.

Breakfast was good, served in peaceful location by the pool. Hotel is well situated, 10 min walk to the town centre. Staff very helpful at solving a problem we had. Secure parking for car was great.

Hey! Thanks in advance for such a great stay.
I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilites, as well as the private parking and security. Staying here, I felt very comfortable and safe. A few of the small details I loved were the very reasonably priced snacks available in the lobby, as well as the decor. Everything was exceptionally beautiful and cozy.
The workout machines downstairs were also a giant plus! The view wasn't bad as well.

The only tiny inconvenience we experienced was the amount of noise we could hear in the hotel room from the lobby as well as other nearby rooms, but it wasn't something that greatly affected the stay in a negative way.
