3 chambres, 2 salles de bains (une salle de bains) appartement en duplex avec un grand balcon et deux terrasses privées et un grand salon avec télévision par câble et d'un lecteur DVD. Accès direct à la façade pelouse. Très proche de 3 des piscines du village, des courts de tennis, 9 trous par 3 et près de Un restaurant Veranda. Il ya aussi un terrain de pétanque situé à proximité de club de golf. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double dans la chambre principale et la 2ème et 3ème chambre des lits jumeaux. Plein air conditionné dans tout qui se transforme en un chauffage efficace dans les mois d'hiver.

Well equipped villa in a great location. Within walking distance of everything you could need - pool, beach, shops, restaurants, bars and of course the golf course itself. Only a short taxi ride to the Vilamoura courses.

Have stayed at Balaia on numerous occasions prior to this visit.
This particular apt was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and an infant.
The layout and facilities were excellent.
Craig is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and accommodating.
Wouldn't hesitate to return.

We couldn't have had a better experience at Balaia. Craig was a really friendly and accessible host and the whole vibe at the resort was incredible. The several different pools spread out at the resort were amazing, clean and all with a bar/restaurant.
Craig's house was very clean with all needed appliances. Three very good sized bedrooms and enough toilets for all. The upgraded bbq was definitely a plus.
Overall a 5 star experience!

Renting this property for the summer was like staying at a home from home. The host was incredibly helpful and available at all times! We felt safe and relaxed knowing we had a lovely apartment and complex to enjoy our holidays in. We will definitely be back!

Very good apartment, close to swimming pools, there was no need to request anything extra, everything was available on the correct amount for a family. Craig was very helpful to us, thank you Craig for your hospitality and we would like to return for sure.

We stayed here for two weeks at the August, two adults and three children under the age of six. We had a blast! Three bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs with open plan living space upstairs with large patio area overlooking the complex. This is a large property in a great location near several pools and eating areas. We will return!
