We loved the location and ease of catching the buses to the different resorts. Best thing was the communal dining area - so warm, friendly and comfortable. Martin and Kyo were terrific hosts and the rest of the staff were great too. Loved the breakfast each morning and our early evening wine with dinner.

The Owner was very helpful & friendly. His staff were helpful & friendly. The room was big enough & warm, with a good view.

The owner and his staff were very helpful by organising travel to the ski fields and transport for our luggage. The location of the hotel is within close walking distance of Echoland (restaurants and some shops). We also liked that we were away from bigger crowds of people.

Not a criticism, just something to be aware of. Being closer to the restaurant/shopping area means that you're a little further from the ski fields, so you'll have to either take a bus or organise a ride with the owner to the resort that he's affiliated with.

Shower room doen't have any privacy. Woman should care of that. There is only way to go out with shuttle bus or taxi. I wish they had sending service.

Great place to stay for a skiing or snowboarding holiday. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the fluffy toast for breakfast was a great way to start the day. Good storage and drying facilities for skiing gear and only a 10 minute bus ride to the main mountain. Highly recommend!

Great location - close to restaurants and bus stops for the ski field shuttles. Martin has a great wealth of local knowledge and is also a ski instructor! Very helpful. We had an amazing stay. We accidentally left headphones behind and Martin went out of his way to send them out to us in time for our flight out!

Nothing - excellent service

The location was great, Kris was so helpful and gave us so much information on best slopes to hit and restaurant recommendations. Picked us up at the start of our trip from the bus station and dropped us off at the end. Has a decent continental breakfast (Can order an Australian Breakfast if you wish) Barista coffee for extra otherwise they have instant coffee along with tea. Overall it was a wonderful experience

We booked a room with a shared bathroom. Next time I think I’d rather pay extra and just have your own bathroom.

Great location right next to base camp so super easy to jump on the buses to the ski resorts. Easy going and quiet place with friendly staff.
