The room was clean and comfortable. The staff from the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful!

The room was cool even though the heating was on, but it wasn't enough and we got very cold. Except than that everything was very good

Room has all you need, but is not super big. Bathroom could use the same luxury update as the room. Shower head gives a soft beam of water. Heating in room and bathroom didn't work (last 2 items probably due to extreme high costs of utilities in The Netherlands); in bed and in the shower it was nice and warm.

Cozy hotel in a quiet village. Very nice restaurant.

Everything was fine and the instructions given to enter the hotel after midnight were clear and worked. Nice clean room Everything was basically new. The liquid soap in the shower is excellent !

Once inside the hotel we had to use our phones to see where we were going because we were totally in the dark ! Breakfast was a let down because the lady couldn't make a cappuccino or other with the coffee machine because she didn't know how to operate it ! Only had some jam and bread ... no cake or other that I liked.

House keeping was not consistent. Beds only made up 1 day out of 3. Used towels left lying at top or stairs causing a trip hazard

Friendly nice hotel with beautiful design

For 15 days stay, it was the same breakfast everyday, and the cleaning was very poor. Although they would clean everyday, they would only enter forr 5 minutes

The hotel is well located, in the center of the village, close to the bus stop, about 300 meters. The food in the restaurant was good and a large number of options in the menu. Staff quite pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are spacious.

Travelling alone as a woman i didnt feel safe about the doors having a key which other visitors can easily copy. From inside the rom there are no locks.

Nice village with several resturants. Bed was extreemly good. Slept like a king. Fresh pressed orange, good coffey and planty of choises for breakfast. Locked garage for bicycles (Possible to load battery for those that has those type of "bicycles")

The environment and location where the hotel is located. Note: The hotel contact us. To compensate, they offered a solution that we can agree with.

The air conditioning was defect. The device made a loud, disturbing noise. Afterwards it turned out that a mechanic had already been there twice. Apparently without result. But they started renting out the room anyway. Their response to this complaint is very disappointing. They don't seem to take the problem seriously and offer us a 10% discount on the next stay, while our night in their hotel is completely messed up and we didn't get a night's sleep.

Nice location in Norg, close to the beautiful biking routes and to the supermarket. The food of the restaurant is very tasty, friendly staff.

In the descriptions it says that our room has a balcony/terrace with a view but there was no view at all just the parking lot. I recommend to make a nice garden around the terrace. The floor of the room was a bit dusty.
