La ubicación es lo mas resaltante del hotel, tambien el personal muy amable!

Las intalaciones en general nos parecieron un poco viejas, claramente requieren una renovación profunda principalmente en los baños.

Sin duda la ubicación, se podía ir andando a todas partes.El desayuno también muy bien

El baño, muy frío, Era muy grande pero no había ni una repisa donde dejar las cosas.

The location was perfect - convenient & walkable to everything. Breakfast was outstanding and the hotel staff were attentive. The rooms were comfortable and there were no issues with hot water or water pressure in the shower. There was plenty of room in the lobby to relax before or after sightseeing or dinner. Christian, at the front desk, was stellar! He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we hoped it would be!

One of the rooms was located in an area that had an issue with outside noise. It was communicated to the hotel staff and it was addressed quickly by switching to a room in the “courtyard” area )which is in the middle of the building). No issues after the room change.

Top gastvrijheid! Zeer vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. We mochten een kamer uitzoeken. En de kinderen mochten hun schoen zetten voor sinterklaas.

Perfect location - most important thing for us. Right off Dam Square and more affordable than others. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Great value for location and space and woul definitely stay there again.

The toiletries were smaller and fewer than expected, but that was a minor issue.

Just the location

Mostly everything, from the moment you enter. No one is helping with suitcases. Unprofessional front desk. Extremely old sheets and extreme bad pillows that you can’t put your head on.

Staff are amazing, the spirit of the hotel, breakfast, complementary coffee machine and of course the location

They don’t have room service and kitchen order and I have to carry my luggage from down to to the room

Hotel was clean, room was clean and air worked well in our room.

The Hotel was definitely dated, with mismatched furniture in the lobby, institutional carpeting in room, mini fridge did not work well, bathroom was a tiled in shower room with toilet set at the opening of the shower. walls were very thin and could hear people in halls and above us moving around.

Location was very central and close to everywhere like restaurants, metro stations etc. in central Amsterdam.

Room was comfortable but a bit cold at night. When we ask if the heater can be opened , we have been informed that it doesn't work during warm weather but the weather was cold at nights by the way.
