location was not bad.

rooms and cleaning could be much better. very annoying that in hotel blocked me some money as guarantee, thing that never happened to me before and let me very annoyed, i will never come back to a place they act like this, also because if you have already paid room what is the sense to block you money for¿? no sense.

Clean room, good location, nice hotel to stay overnight in Varna if you have late flight.

Breakfast can be better, but you can find basic things :)

Location near city centre and beach is perfect. Varna has a good mix of harbour, old city centre, beach and sea garden. Near Golden Sands beaches up north. Room is spacious and very clean. Good airco and well equipped bathroom are perfect on hot (beach) days. The staff is very kind and professional. “Golden Tulip” brand and experience still stands.

Breakfast was moderate compared with the price to pay. Also in other small things (f.e. no free water bottle in the room) it seems like hotelmanagement is cost driven, at cost of experience.

Not enough parking spaces available.

- At the top floor the rooms are silent. That combined with the good mattress - I slept really well all nights. - Staff at the reception smiling and helpful. - The room I got was really spacious.

- Pity about the breakfast, it is really poor. - Issues with the sound system at the lobby and breakfast room. - The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to the main promenade, but it takes 20 minutes to reach the beach. - No paper tissues in the bathroom.

We have stayed here now four times whilst on holiday and the hotel is located in a great place with easy access to the beach, sea gardens and bars/restaurants.
