I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. My check-in time was listed as 3pm, and I booked and paid for a room in advance. I was traveling from another country and my flight arrived at midnight, so I arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:30am. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff member on the reception desk refused to check me in and told me to come back in the morning. I explained that I had already paid for my stay and simply wanted to get my room key, but he insisted that it was not check-in time. After a 10-minute argument, he finally relented and gave me my room key with an angry face. I was extremely disappointed with this experience and found the staff member's behavior to be rude and unprofessional. This was my first and last stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to others.
