No restaurants within walking distance. Cleaners barely cleaned the room and no respect for privacy.

It is quiet, it is clean. I enjoyed the sauna. I feel it would be a good idea to have the pool open during winter, too. The staff is kind. The breakfast is generous, tasty.

I find it funny how some rooms are small while the hotel is called Grand.

Unfriendly and very impolite/ rude staff. Some advertised amenities are broken. The hotel is quite far from the city center, you'll be needing to bring a car.

They rate the hotel as 4 stars hotel, but in reality it matches a 2 stars. Yes, it has a small pool in the yard but no restaurant available (the closeat place to eat is 10 mins away by car). Everything is old and poorley mentained. In order to benefit from the massage they advertise as offering, you receive a phone number and you are supposed to call a ladyband ask if she is willing to come. The cleaning is made “on the surface”. I could barely wait to leave the place.

I liked the most the location, the surroundings (zoo, park), the general peacefulness

Nice Hotel with good service and helpful staff. Very specious rooms and a pool to cool down on hot sommer days. Also very convenient with an elevator. Parking is included, so it is perfect if you travel with a rental car. A little bit outside of the center but you can also take a bus into town and leave the car at the hotel.

Unfortunately there is no AC in the rooms (when you book a room in the hotel it is clearly mentioned that there is no AC). At least there is always a cool mountain breeze in the evening when you open the windows. So it is not a big problem, but something visitors should know.

the rooms are very old and not properly maintained. the plastic are yellow from the time. no full shade at window and at 6 there is sun light in the room. no ac should open the window and then all notice cancellation is canceled. this is not a 4 star hotel, even not a 3…..
