I didnt eat breakfast because there was a cockroach in my room. The hotel is not clean, it is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The parking is supper narrow, and it had the worst sewage smell I have ever encountered.

The staff were efficient and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. Towelling robes and slippers were an added luxury.

Unfortunately the hotel is situated on a major ascending road, a considerable distance from the shopping area and even further to the beach. The pool is small and overlooked by an apartment block. The same apartment block looks directly into the rooms at the back of the building. No restaurant and went to order room service to be told it was microwaved. Room on the small size. Breakfast taken in lobby of hotel.

Clean towels and sheets, very nice staff

No difference between premium and classic room, no minibar in the room. Garage is very narrow, complicated and risky to park the car.

We had an amazing time at this property the staff were absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for us. We loved it here.

Excellent, everything is new and refurbished, near to cannes city, 5 min. walk. Perfect. Good breakfast, nice little pool

Bed (140 cm) was simply too small for 2 adults we could not fall asleep. Mattress was hart like a stone. Room also very small almost impossible to store luggage.

Breakfast is delicious! Everything is great! We left a little late and they didn't even make a note of it.

A really nice hotel with lots of great facilities at a great price! The staff were also incredibly friendly and fluent in English, French and Italian (the languages me and my partner spoke to them) and they evened recommended a restaurant in Cannes Old Town where we had the best meal of our entire trip so thank you so much for that incredible recommendation.

The only thing I could fault it on is the location and the beach, shops and restaurants are about a 20 min walk away and there isn’t even a patisserie particularly close to the hotel but if you don’t mind a little walk it was fine.

Good location, comfy beds, helpful staff

The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast had an excellent spread, from sausage, egg, to cereal etc etc. The staff was also very friendly and they definitely made the experience and excellent one for me. I would love very much to come back again.

Breakfast was terrible for vegetarians - all we had was tomatoes and cucumbers. Consistently the breakfast used to be over by 9 AM and its a hassle to get anything additional as there is just 1 person doing the whole job which seems to be the main issue. They were never happy for us to ask some basic stuff at breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is not worth the money for sure plus location is not great too given it is a bit of a walk as well to the station, there are surely other options Rooms are absolutely cramped and handles broke overall a disappointing experience The reception lady Silvi and lady in black uniform were very helpful but the other lady is super unhelpful

The receptionist Rola was very rude. I tried to pay for breakfast and Rola was screaming on us on the 20th of April. We had good experience with other staff members. Rola was talking badly to my assistant while I was absent. I am traveling to Cannes every year and this was my first bed experience.

The staff at reception were amazing. Really friendly, helpful and professional.

- Location: Very good location, right on the main road that makes it easy to go in and out of the city by car. Walkable distance from the main attractions. - Quiet: Despite that the hotel is on main and very busy street you hear absolutely nothing in the room - Clean: Overall the room was very well cleaned. Though the hotel is very old and some things (e.g. the carpet) is horribly dirty that seems it is impossible to clean

- Parking: The parking is extremely small, very narrow ways to steer and half of the parking spaces are smaller in length that makes them suitable only for small cars. Ask if your car fits before you book parking. My car was also "scratching" very slightly underneath when trying to get in or out, so if you have a low car I suggest not to even attempt to go in. - Carpet: The carpet has some nasty stains. I was disgusted to walk barefoot in the room. - Old: The hotel is very old and it seems that it has not been updated for a long time. The furniture is old & scratched. Maybe it was a 4 start hotel in the 70's/80's but it seems that nothing has been changed since then. - Price: This is a subjective matter according to someone's expectations and also the time of your stay, but I found the price quite high for what we got.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond what I had experienced in even some of the best hotels around the world.

The hotel looked very tired, with stained carpets and a very noisy elevator.

The staff is very friendly. We had to include new days in our stay and were able always to keep the same room with no issues. However the hotel is not what you would expect for a 4-star hotel, it is very outdated. The furnishings are old, so is the furniture. The bathroom is small. And there is a weird smell in the ground floor that does not go away.

Nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Good location because in about 25 min walk you are from the hotel to the beach. Breakfast was good.

I miss the restaurant in the hotel and there are not many restaurants in the neighbourhood
